Hip Karma Hostel exceeded all my expectations. As a solo traveler, I felt instantly at home in this vibrant, welcoming space. The modern facilities are top-notch - from the spotless bathrooms to the well-equipped kitchen. I loved lounging in the cozy common area and chatting with fellow travelers. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views, perfect for sunset drinks. The staff went above and beyond, offering great local tips. This hostel truly embodies the spirit of Spain - lively, warm, and unforgettable!

Good location, little bit noisy at nights, free cosy kitchen.

It costs money to set up bedding, and the bunk bed has an open ceiling, so it's hard to sleep when the lights are on. I don't want to come back again because there are no restrictions even though my foreign friends are talking loudly at dawn.

The location of the hostel is very good, you can reach the central Catalunya square, the Estació del Nord bus station or the old town in just a few minutes on foot. It is on the second floor, with a very attractive entrance hall. The hostel itself is very simple in design and appears sterile. The guests were of different ages. The showers were more or less clean. Overall, however, it seemed like a functional hostel with a boring atmosphere. So if you want to meet new people, then maybe go somewhere else. Bed linen and a lock for the "shelf safe" cost extra.

We took the triple room with private bathroom and the experience was excellent. The room is clean and modern, with very comfortable beds, in a beautiful period building. We did not use the shared kitchen, but it has always been in excellent condition and clean, this too clearly has recent furnishings. The hostel is 10 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and 5 from the Arc de Triomphe, surrounded by several bars and metro stops. Excellent location and excellent accommodation.

Disastrous value for money. Nothing clean and they charge you for the sheets and the towel for the shower (very small by the way). I do not recommend the room shared with other people, I had a horrible night. Very expensive for what it is.
