People are nice and helpful but the mattresses were the worst in the world, so soft that you sink into a well and don't rest at all, you wake up with waist pain.

Good location. Wifi is not good.

The hotel is in a good location, near the metro But the hotel itself is very very old. The rooms are terribly dirty The faucet in the bathroom was so dirty and sticky that it was disgusting to turn it on. Black hair on the floor and on the bed. Stained towels The windows face the side of restaurants and bars. Ochebe noisy. But after 12 it's quiet The walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors very loudly The price per night is 100 euros for such a room, which is insanely expensive.

The worst thing was the breakfast buffet, €6 per person and in the bar below we paid €13 for 2 people and we had a very good breakfast. In the hostel there were cereals that were crumbly and the sausage was dried

A mistake the photo on the Hostal website is nothing like the actual building. If you don’t have much money okay but others avoid it. Having had a fabulous Hostal experience in Madrid this place does not live up to its reviews. We checked out and booked into a hotel.

Great hotel for any type of traveler, with free WIFI in all of the rooms and dining area. The staff were great, very friendly.

Incredibly small single room and bathroom. Closest I’ve ever been to living in a prison cell
