Everything was good. Rooms were neat and clean, the property overall was clean. Breakfast spread was decent. The only thing i would say is that they can work on their tea / coffee options.

Very average property near Durgapur Barrage. An erstwhile Govt property and now has been leased to a private operator. River Damodar is 3-4 minutes walk from this property. Room and bathroom in the 1st floor are ok but are little shabby and old fashioned. The front corridor looks unassuming, if not ugly. They will give you 2 very small medimix soap and 2 shampoo pouch as ”bathroom toiletries”. What surprised us is the poor and almost worn out condition of the bath-towels. It seems they don't have sufficient staffs to manage the show. Intercom was not functional. We had to call a particular staff (on his mobile) for small issues. But the staffs tried there best to meet our expectation but without that professional touch. May be they need some basic training to look after their guests. The locality doesn't offer any scenic beauty excepting a few trees.

It's a great stay there every thing is perfectly fine. Behavior of staff reception is also good maintain good hygiene, food is also great with great atmosphere room. Service is good too. I find this hotel from google and customers rating and it's truly deserve every star.

As a touring musician, I have stayed at upscale hotels worldwide, and this might be my favorite ANYWHERE. VERY comfortable, quiet rooms. The facility is beautiful and welcoming inside and out with a sharp, modern design. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool/spa/gymnasium area -with the excellent view, this was a great place to start the morning! The restaurant and adjacent bar are very nice. Most importantly, every single person who works here, whether front desk staff, security, or ***agement, is OUTSTANDING. They take pride in their hotel and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is also in a beautiful neighborhood. I sincerely hope to come back!

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

We had our Daughter’s rice ceremony organised in Fern Residency Asansol. The arrangements were top notch. Kailash the Manager, assisted in all way possible to set the menu for us and suggested the best that we could have opted for. The staff was very courteous and they made sure all our requirements were carter to. Overall the experience was very positive and I would recommend to book Fern for any family function.

Awesome family experience, I stayed with my family. It's have best hospitality. Lawn is very good. Lobby is very much clean.. Rooms are good and well cleaned with amenities. Housekeeping service is very quick. Special thanks to floor supervisor Mr. Totan .. I strongly recommend this hotel..

We recently stayed at Citi Residenci for two days, and overall, it was a mixed experience. Positives: The service has notably improved since our last visit six months ago. One significant change was the correction in pricing for bottled water, which was charged as per MRP this time, unlike before. Room service was prompt, and the staff responded quickly to requests, a clear improvement from our previous stay. The food was also enjoyable, with good variety and taste. Negatives: Unfortunately, the condition of the room was disappointing. There was noticeable seepage on the bathroom ceiling, which caused a musty smell. The shower curtain was quite dirty, and the room itself had a stale odor, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. The sofa chair in the room was worn out, and on the first day, some essential bathroom toiletries were missing. Despite the room's poor condition, the improvement in service made this stay better than our last. However, more attention to room maintenance would greatly enhance the overall experience.
