PPANCHALAs a touring musician, I have stayed at upscale hotels worldwide, and this might be my favorite ANYWHERE. VERY comfortable, quiet rooms. The facility is beautiful and welcoming inside and out with a sharp, modern design. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool/spa/gymnasium area -with the excellent view, this was a great place to start the morning! The restaurant and adjacent bar are very nice. Most importantly, every single person who works here, whether front desk staff, security, or ***agement, is OUTSTANDING. They take pride in their hotel and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is also in a beautiful neighborhood. I sincerely hope to come back!

Very nice hotel. Good ambience, very helping hotel staff and food is great. Special mention for Subhankar Kundu. We stay in this hotel whenever we co.e to Asansol. Proximity to Highway and Railway Station are added advantages. We will love to repeat our our experience again. Value for money.

We recently stayed at Citi Residenci for two days, and overall, it was a mixed experience. Positives: The service has notably improved since our last visit six months ago. One significant change was the correction in pricing for bottled water, which was charged as per MRP this time, unlike before. Room service was prompt, and the staff responded quickly to requests, a clear improvement from our previous stay. The food was also enjoyable, with good variety and taste. Negatives: Unfortunately, the condition of the room was disappointing. There was noticeable seepage on the bathroom ceiling, which caused a musty smell. The shower curtain was quite dirty, and the room itself had a stale odor, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. The sofa chair in the room was worn out, and on the first day, some essential bathroom toiletries were missing. Despite the room's poor condition, the improvement in service made this stay better than our last. However, more attention to room maintenance would greatly enhance the overall experience.

GGuest UserWe had first stayed in this hotel in 1989 when it was newly inaugurated. After ***y years, stayed in this hotel again recently and found that it has been thoroughly renovated and upgraded with facilities. The entrance and reception area has become quite impressive. Room had all facilities. However ***agement will do better with some upkeep. Our room TV was not working and it was found that set up box is faulty and needed to be changed. These things should have better been checked beforehand. Also our room had an aluminium window on the road side with a door also which had it knob within reach of even a child. Since there was no grill there is risk of an accident specially with guest with small children. We did draw the attention of the ***agement and hope it has been taken care. Spread and quality at breakfast will do better with improvement. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I had a night's stay followed by breakfast (which was a second time for me). All aspects from ease of locating, checking in, stay, rooms, food were more than satisfying. While on the way, the front desk staff provided me the booking and after 11:30 pm the Head Chef was there who personally guided me to select the dinner. Lucky to have a Goanese dish of Chicken Vindaloo with Poi bread on Chef's recommendation followed by their own brand of mango icecream. Each of those had distinct taste of authenticty. Moreover, the coutesu extended by all staff from checkin, to personal care during dining (night and breakfast) is worth mentioning. The security staff took care of the parking needs special mention. I plan to return for dining and / or stay at the next opportunity.

GGuest UserProperty is located on highway and very near to market area benachity and bhiringi. Hotel doesnot have its own restuarant so need to buy food from outside or online apps. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Request to owner - please provide blanket covers as the blankets are used back n back by your customers which can lead to health issues.
