The behaviour of the staff was very rude. Booked ac deluxe room from make my trip they provided me very dirty room and told me that we can't provided good room to mm t users. Shame on you mm t and worst service by reliance guest house. Took 1500 rs and provided room worth 700. Very bad experience.

It's an old building, shabby rooms. Broken amenities. Infrastructure is really poor. Hotel really needs a renovation. Staffs were friendly. But the photos online are edited. Not at all recommended for anyone. Terrible experience due to power cut.

I stayed at their non ac deluxe room ***** with my family for 2 days. Service was good and staff members were hospitable.
