Was at the property with moto of celebrating reunion with school friends who r geo aways due to professional career- never thought that the stay will be one of the most cherished memory which will be carried n my memories… all the staff from front desk, food & beverages, house keeping were extremely cordial & cooperative- hospitality made us friends reunion experience have that perfect salt & pepper experience on the top. Kudos to the team fortune Durgapur u definitely wear hospitality on ur sleeves. No doubts little souls even had a wonderful & safe stay too. THE BEST Part of the hotel is the Morning breakfast which is great.The Ambiance,Food,Coffee and staff behavior every thing was great. Hope to visit soon again....... Mousumi, Sushanto and Ranadeep help us to explore restaurants and ask to try the each and every food with well explainable.

I visited Tarapith and Bolpur in Dec2021. It was a family trip. I had a 7 years old kid and senior citizen parents wirh me. Basically i booked this hotel online through their website . The best part is you can book the property by room number from wesite. One recommendation will be to book rooms on 1st Floor. That will give you the best views ( example : Room no 5 &6). The Hotel is decorated with a rural concept and you will get the feeling of mud house. So do not expect any high end luxury in the room. But you will have basic amenities like - AC/ mini fridge/ geyser etc. The USP of this property is its food. It is budget friendly yet yummy taste. If you are not a resident of the hotel then you will need to collect advance lunch token to get your chance. I am told by the manager that they have served lunch to 1000+ people on 25th Dec. People from all over Bolpur come to taste food here. The Sonsjhuri Haat is just outside the Hotel campus. In fact you can enjoy Baul Dance and Tribal Dhamsha Madol dance sitting on your balcony. The room rent is also decent. You will get Rooms in the range of INR 2000 - 2500. They have POS facility for all payments. The only challenge i faced was the service timeline. May to due to extreme rush on account of festive season they were unable to serve breakfast/ Lunch / Dinner on time and they have denied to accept orders in few instances. The rooms are very spacious here and you can get a beautiful view from the balconies. I absolutely loved the lawns here and they have multiple well maintained gardens. The best part is have a full sized swimming pool and a beautiful home decor shop inside the property. The Cristallo Resort has their own Multicuisine Restaurant that serves delicious food all day long. We tried their Bengali Dishes for lunch, Some Snacks in the evening with coffee and Chinese for dinner. The food was extremely good here and the complementary breakfast was the cherry on top. Overall I had a great experience. Every corner of this property is insta worthy and the most important thing is all the staffs are very friendly and helpful here.

It was an average stay as a whole. The rooms were good but they didn't clean our rooms or change sheets even after asking them to do it. Also the pool was not very clean. I am guessing they don't change the water on a regular basis. We ordered dinner mostly while at the resort and it was good. All in all depending on the room charges and everything it was an average stay for us.

Neat and clean hotel room, dinning hall and the lounge. Staffs are well behaved and prompt. Billing is quick. Housekeeping and dinning response is quick. Cab is also available with the hotel. Rooms charges are also optimum. It's stay is price worthy. Food rates are also at reasonable price. All together the stay is economical. Whatever is expected from a good hotel, all the facilities are available. Room services are good. Daily newspaper delivery in room is also an added advantage to get aware of the world. Distance from railway station is only 3 km. The hotel is located on main road, so transport is available at door step.
