Mi sono trovato benissimo, tutto lo staff e’ gentilissimo ti coccola e ti fa sentire a tuo agio, la cosa eccezionale che ho trovato sono stati i trattamenti personalizzabili e soprattutto il percorso ayurvedico , in particolare lo sblocco dei chakra . Ringrazio tutti per la professionalità e gentilezza che contraddistingue questa struttura.

We stayed at this hotel on the 17th of July for 10 days , and we booked through Tui. I read loads of reviews online. I can confirm this hotel is fabulous. The pool is fantastic. Also, our room was a large comfort room with a large private balcony .The food in the hotel is of the highest standard, a standard I've not seen in many 5 star hotels. You must try the tomato soup if it's offered one night .At breakfast, we had a huge choice of the highest quality. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean , and the staff are amazingly courteous and helpful at dinner. we had Lara quite a few times in charge of our table. Lara is very efficient and very funny. Other staff we got to know were Lorenzo, a great guy great with kids .Daniel is in charge of the main bar at night he's knowledgeable and good fun, as are all the staff, including the girls who run the pool bar . I could go on forever ,just book and go enjoy

Io e la mia compagna siamo rimasti contenti di condividere un'esperienza bellissima all'interno di questo hotel fin da subito siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità.Noi ci siamo rilassati tantissimo in spa facendo il bagno e anche un massaggio di coppia.Dopodichè abbiamo pranzato bene anche al bar.Se ci dovesse essere un' altra occassione torneremo volentieri.

We booked this through TUI as we wanted a relaxing stress free holiday and that’s exactly what we got. We arrived and were greeted by warm friendly staff who checked us in and we went straight to our room. Our room overlooked the swimming pool and was clean, spacious and excellently located. The breakfast at this hotel was one of the best we’ve had! The choice, the presentation and the quality were faultless. There were a choice of swimming pools which were to a high standard and clean and acqua aerobics 3 times a week by a very funny and motivating instructor! The spa faculties were fantastic too. The outside pools had a conveniently located bar which refreshments were available to be purchased throughout the day. All the staff here were welcoming but especially Elena! At dinner time there was an antipasto buffet which again was excellent and the menu for primo and secondo changed daily. All staff again were very attentive but especially Lara who we had a few times. My birthday fell a few days into the holiday and I was surprised to find birthday balloons in my room and at dinner they made it extra specially. The holiday was one of the best we’ve had. The hotel impressive and all staff very welcoming and helpful. Room cleaned everyday and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Excellent choice of hotel with all comfort and amenities you could need. Staff all very helpful. Excellent breakfast. They even made a little fuss to mark my birthday. Don’t be put off by the walk to Bardolino it is 20 mins max and even when hot it’s very pleasant along a lakeside path. Don’t underestimate how torrential the thunderstorms can be!!

Nous avons une nouvelle fois passé une semaine magique au Caesius. Cet hôtel est juste parfait pour totalement déconnecter et se ressourcer! Son emplacement est idéal et ses infrastructures top! Tout le monde peut y trouver son bonheur. Le personnel est avenant et fait son possible pour contribuer à vous faire passer un séjour agréable et réussi. Le fait de retrouver une majorité du personnel d'une année à l'autre témoigne d'une équipe stable et efficace. L'espace aquatique est clairement l'un des points forts du complexe. Les piscines sont adaptées pour nager ou tout simplement buller, dans ce magnifique cadre verdoyant et apaisant. Les transats sont nombreux et bien répartis autour de la piscine ou dans le jardin. Certes le hall de la réception gagnerait à être relooké, mais reste tout à fait correct. Les chambres sont très propres, accueillantes, agencées de façon simple mais plaisante. La literie est impeccable. Le petit-déjeuner ainsi que les dîners sont variés, la présentation des plats est soignée et les mets sont goûtus. Merci tout particulier à Chiara, Marie et Denise qui ont été à nos petits soins. Nous avons profité de chaque instant au Caesius et sommes repartis à grand regret.

Had a fabulous stay in early/mid July, in one of the hotels very comfortable one bedroom suites. The hotel is not too large and well located near the lake, with beautiful grounds, lots of pools and a lovely spa. But it’s the food and the staff that make this hotel so good. The staff looked after us superbly and were fantastic with our 2yr old daughter. The food was excellent, both at breakfast time and for dinner. Simple choices at dinner, but cooked to perfection, with an excellent choice of wines (lots of local ones too) to accompany. We were a little worried that the slightly later start time of 7pm for dinner would cause some challenges for our daughter, but the service was so efficient and friendly, we shouldn’t have worried. Would absolutely visit again. In fact our daughter is demanding it!

Vicino a Lazise e poco lontano dal centro di Bardolino sorge questo hotel, a dir le il vero sembra un villaggio. Dotato di un parcheggio ️ gratuito per tutti, personale alla reception molto professionale. Le piscine esterne, anche per i bimbi con un piccolo parco giochi si estendono nel parco tra gli ulivi, il tutto molto curato con la possibilità di pranzare veloce al bar vicino alla piscina o al ristorante con formula di buffet. Molto piacevole e organizzata anche la piscina interna e la spa . Il ristorante per la cena offre dei gran piatti con dolci e frutta a buffet. Camera pulita e ampia. Ci tornerei volentieri di nuovo, super consigliato
