Kriss Internazionale Hotel

This is a lovely hotel with a very good team working in it. Breakfast was great with a lovely fruit selection, food from restaurant was lovely. The bedroom was spacious and very clean, but 307 has no balcony it has a postage stamp size space and it should not be sold as having one, for a superior room price this was very poor, I would avoid this room if possible if you like a balcony to sit on, can't fit 2 people at once. I would return and recommend but in a different room. 10 minute stroll into heart of Bardolino with tons.of bars and restaurants. Try a blueberry spritz they are fab.

What a wonderful experience! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Matteo helping us with restaurant bookings and taxi transfers. Our room was beautifully presented, very clean, and had amazing views. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing and friendly, and the food was delicious. Every member of staff I encountered was smiling and eager to help. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Received a warm welcome and a free glass of prosecco while they took our bags up to our room. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The hotel is clean and well looked after with a lovely outdoor area to have some drinks or food. The food at the hotel is of a high standard. They have a private beach area with sun loungers. You can order drinks to be brought to your loungers. The location is spot on with a short flat walk to the centre of Bardolino. Bardolino has some lovely restaurants with seating inside and out and has a really chilled vibe about it. There is a spa (shop) close by the hotel if needed. The rooms are a good size and ours had a balcony with a great view of the lake. Air con which was needed as there was a heat wave! There is a road going by the front of the hotel but is very quiet so caused no issues but keep an eye out for the bikes! It was a lovely hotel and would definitely recommend!

Stayed 11 nights here recently. Staff are great all really helpful. Room was good, clean, comfy bed and shower hot, could do with some more plug points. Well located right on the lake.

What an absolutely beautiful little hotel with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Fabulous lake views large spacious rooms. The staff really are second to none attentive, caring with nothing being too much trouble. Breakfasts are outstanding. Swimming off the jetty every afternoon was heaven.

Bardolino is a beautiful town plenty to do and great shopping . Easy access to Ferry and bus . Hotel Kris is a very friendly hotel breakfasts are brilliant service great. Rooms are very clean and modern. Highly recommend

We stayed at Kriss for a week, it was wonderful. The communication before we arrived, the warm welcome from reception on arrival and every interaction we had with staff throughout our stay was so friendly. Everyone working at the hotel walks round with a smile. Breakfast was always great, made to order ommlette was especially good. We ate lunch at the hotel bistro a couple of times, again excellent food and service. We had a balcony room with stunning views of Lake Garda right across the street we saw some epic sunsets and an intense storm. The room was spacious,well equipped and spotlessly clean,as was the bathroom. It’s a 5 minute stroll along the lake to Bardolino town with a huge array of restaurants, the ferry terminal and lots of cobbled streets with little boutique shops. We will be back to visit this well run family hotel in the future.

Lovely hotel with great staff, short walk to the town. The breakfast was really good a large selection of fresh produce and egg station. Disappointed as we paid from a superior room with balcony and lake view, the room itself was great (307) but the balcony was tiny, the room was also very dark as it was on a corner, also very disappointed that the roof terrace was closed for our entire stay with no explanation. If we would have had a full sized balcony and access to the roof terrace, I am sure we would have been 100% happy if not for the balcony and roof terrace as it really is a great hotel and as said by many all the staff are amazing.
