We felt very welcome right from the start, the room was good, the breakfast was, as it should be, full English and the diner was marvelous. We eat there every night during our visit. And we were surprised with morris dancing on the last evening of hour visit. Definitely worth a second visit. Thank you Olivia and Phil for this great start of our vacation.

The bed was comfortable and the room was kitted out with all the amenities needed. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. As a solo traveller it was great to feel part of the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

A perfect old coaching inn with a warm welcome. Room was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable which was very welcome after a long and busy day. After a good nights sleep we then enjoyed a delicious breakfast . A perfect full English. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

What a lovely stay in Barford. This is the perfect pub for a cozy sleep and a delicious fry up in the morning. Everything that was needed was provided. Very old school interiors which we loved, really had a country pub feel. Thanks very much for the hospitality!

Lovely coaching inn. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were really friendly and food in the restaurant was great. One suggestion would be to have a bell on the bar when nobody is around to notify staff when people want to check in

Awesome stay for 1 night. Super helpful friendly staff. Meals were exceptional. Great value. Warm comfy room. Lovely walks around the area. Would recommend a visit to this rustic pub. If only we had more time to explore the surrounding areas.

This is a country pub full of character, open fire, authentic beams, great huge car park, good food though limited choice on breakfast cereals, staff excellent & helpful. Room OK but access would be difficult for anybody with limited mobility, no decaff coffee available in room or pub. Within easy reach of Salisbury & Shaftesbury, & at approx £200 for 3 nights B&B, great value for money.
