First of all, it's hard to check in
The person at the counter is Italian and doesn't speak English
And you can't turn on the lights in the room... they don't turn on

Too expensive for a hostel. The room was too hot and there was no air circulation. There was no clothes rack or coat hanger, no chairs and at least one table. Good food and health club which I did not use anyway. Good non-stop check-in

Ótimo custo benefício, é um hostel, então dentro da proposta foi ótimo com banheiros grandes e vários chuveiros, cozinha enorme, beliches com cortina, ótimo. Bem novo quando cheguei e estavam instalando ainda os equipamentos de cozinha etc.

The bb is located in a beautiful, well-kept stately building right in the center. The room was large and comfortable. I only recommend putting new anti-slip mats on the steps leading to the shower, for greater safety. As well as another piece of advice, perhaps more important, is to put double glazing on the windows, to soundproof the room, because you can hear all the nightlife and the subsequent cleaning in the early hours of the morning. Claudia, the girl I spoke to on the phone, was very kind

Personally I had a wonderful experience. Very convenient place to reach from the central station and well served. Excellent staff, I thank Maddalena and Manuele who took care of my sleeping position during my stay. Also ideal for reaching points of interest in the historic center
