The chalet is nice (we even stayed in a lake-facing apartment, amazing views), but I don't recommend this place. At the time of booking, it's not clear that they charge an extra 15% (after a lot of discussion, we managed to get them to charge "only" 10%) for credit card payments on top of the value shown on Booking to make the reservation. They did send a message later informing us about this additional charge for credit card use - which we didn't see before - but we feel cheated because this fee should not exist. We talked to several other nearby hotels and apartments, and they told us that this charge is abusive, and we should report them to the tourism office - something we will do. Another point that is not clear when making the reservation is that you have to wash the glasses, cutlery, and plates you use during your stay. The breakfast is decent but does not include cold cuts (cheese, ham, etc.), only toast and sweet croissants, with milk and coffee. The service was polite, and the cleanliness was good, along with effective heating. However, I believe it's important for everyone to know about the above points that they DO NOT inform you about at the time of booking, so that you don't feel deceived like we did. These are important (and simple) aspects that, in my opinion, the management of the apartment could improve to make the guests' experience much better.
