Fui a muchisimos lugares pero este realmente me encanto, el lugar en si era tal pero tal cual lo que vi en las fotos, ahora la calidad humana y de atención y predisposición hicieron la diferencia, podria contar un ejemplo por cada dia que estuve alli, agradezco haber podido estar. Lo recomiendo absolutamente y espero que siempre sean asi.

Stayed at Selina in Bariloche for a little over a month, loved the facilities and the great staff. Ariel and Alejo are the absolute best, they were very helpful, and sometimes even funny hehe. We played chess and ping pong, and they made me feel just like home :))) ＜3

We went to the cabin called La Torre, which is the best of it is the location and view of the lake from all surroundings. The problem is that it is badly served: the chair and bed are very nice and comfortable, but the frases are from one square, one over the other. It also lacks basic kitchen elements such as a pizza, spatula, super dishes, etc. The environment furniture is uncomfortable: a big table and three small and hard chairs; there is no slip or comfortable chairs to relax later The hotel is a very good hotel, and the hotel is a good hotel.

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel Yes, the location is good, but so many other things were tired and hopelessly dated. I can’t remember when I have ever stayed in a hotel anywhere that did not have individual temperature controls in the room. The shower was very slippery and the water temperature was uneven. The bathroom amenities were minimal, given the price for the rooms. And instant coffee in the room?? Every other hotel we stayed at in Argentina had a Keurig or Nespreso machine. Finally, we are becoming accustomed to finding USB ports in hotel rooms for our devices and there were none. Fortunately I had my own adapters, because the hotel had run out of them. I believe this hotel has a 4-star rating, but this was no 4-star experience. Also I reached out to this hotel several times via email and had no reply. There was no manager available during our stay.
