Hotel Trinitarias Suites

Es mi segunda visita este año y la propiedad mantiene su estandard. Habitación cómoda, de tamaño normal, lencería algo desgastadas, buena cama, ducha excelente ( Lo mejor de la habitación ) el jabón es bastante básico y deberían mejorarlo. Las áreas comunes podrían brillar pero les falta cariño. Desayuno básico pero aceptable. El restaurante para cenar es bueno allí tienen una carta sencilla y enfocada pero la comida es bastante buena. Este hotel podría sin duda renovarse un poco en elgunos detalles y así elevar aún más su nivel. Volveré pronto!

There were no towels and when I asked for them they told me they didn't have them. Finally some arrived in very bad condition. The TV doesn't work, the breakfast food was pretty bad, I complained to reception and they told me that since they were very busy they didn't have enough towels. Carpets and doors full of moisture. The treatment of guests is totally different depending on the floor you are on. If you touch the 6th floor, everything is excellent and full of details. Coffee makers, TV in good condition, perfect towels and even a detail of the Divina Pastora. If you already touch the lower floors, no coffee, coffee maker, details or anything!

The Hotel Trinitarias Suites is next to or integrated into the Las Trinitarias Shopping Center in Barquisimeto Edo. Lara, it has a 5-star category, but for me it is a good 4-star, the lobby is strange, rather it seems like the living room of any big house, that does have direct access to the parking lot, without ramps or stairs, from the Lobby you can access Directly to the Shopping Center, I walked through it and it caught my attention that almost 90% of the shops were open. When you enter the room, everything looks good, except for a dehumidifier, something is wrong with the A/C in the room. The room is spacious, with 2 queen beds or 1 king, good closet with hooks for clothes and ironing board with iron, safe, executive fridge, desk with plugs and WI, small TV with few INTER channels. I barely stayed one night and the temperature did not drop below 24 degrees, not very cold, the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The restaurant is in the Mezz, the breakfasts have a good variety and are very well attended. I was struck by the fact that people with a little disability work and identify themselves as such, EXCELLENT INITIATIVE OF INCLUSION. The meeting rooms are very good, unfortunately the one I was in had been requested the previous afternoon for plugs on the tables and they were never put in. We were saved because we entered the room early and chose a table with a plug on the wall. Parking is included with the stay, you just have to stamp the Ticket at the reception. The hotel has its own power plant.

I am very sorry for this opinion but I really did not like it at all. It claims to be a five star hotel and it is not at all. Many things in poor condition, the attention is terrible, the receptionist who attended us was super bitter and they also knock on the door of your room early in the morning and enter without authorization, I don't know why, something that happens in no 5-star hotel, they should especially respect privacy since they don't even have an option to put "Do Not Disturb".

llegue de un viaje largo desde Caracas como a eso de las 6 pm el personal muy amable realizo el check in muy rapido, las habitaciones super comodas, lo malo fue que a eso de las 2 de la madrugada tocaron la puerta de mi habitacion y abrieron la puerta sin permiso, para decirme que me cambiarian a otra porque supuestamente había una filtracion, me descompusieron el sueño

Impeccable! This room is very clean, comfortable, fresh, with a great smell. First class lingerie Unbeatable staff attention. Good breakfast. I can only say one detail to improve is that there was a cold shredded chicken for breakfast. For the rest, everything is ok. I'll be back without thinking about it. The hotel is incredible. I loved.
