Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel sur notre route de retour de vacances. L'hôtel est confortable, mais le personnel semble débordé de travail. Le WI-FI ne fonctionnait pas, le pommeau de douche est entartré, cela met de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain qui s'abîme. C'est dommage.

The hotel and location looks completely different than on pictures - online fantasy! Please check on google map first as the hotel is location in the busy comercial area. Very strict pets friendly policy, additional forms to sign. Also, extremely basis breakfast, the worse I was experienced so far. Never again.

Hotel agradable, moderno y decoración actual, limpieza buena. La cama es cómoda y el personal muy agradable. la habitación no es muy grande, pero suficiente para estar cómodo. El bar da buenos platos combinados para cenar. Lo peor con diferencia es el desayuno,: puy pocas opciones, embutido muy malo.. una pena. Con un mejor desayuno la experiencia sería genial. Aceptan perros. El Spa en un polideportivo en otro pueblo (lekumberri) y como parte de las instalaciones deportivas, por lo que está a tope de gente y es muy chiquitin

Después de una estancia de una semana, con un grupo grande, a media pensión, solo puedo decir que es un Hotel Excelente en todos los conceptos: Atención, limpieza, cocina, instalaciones, etc. Todo perfecto. Muy buena ubicacion para realizar actividades deportivas. Muchas gracias a todo el personal por vuestra simpatía y profesionalidad.
