Hotel Barranquilla Plaza Reviews

First of all, everything is good and smooth so far. It's good service and the facilities. But unfortunately, I asked reception service about problem with leak the water from mini refrigerator and over water on the floor and please cleaning quickly. After that, never happened to show up yet. I just disappointed ☹️ about it. That's why, I put a one star about cleanness only! I did enjoy the food well. Definitely, my thoughts about it and I want to come back again in one day because it's best city view ever I have. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

General facilities!

Yo fui por negocios asi que no tuve la oportunidad de aprovechas las piscinas que tiene. Buen desayuno y el servicio es muy bueno. La cama no es súper cómoda pero igual se puede dormir. Si no vas a poder usar las piscinas si es un poco caro.

有兩個泳池，早餐不錯，在泳池邊。有免費停車場。高層視野很好。夜景不錯。性價比高。

This place is all that shouldn’t be! It’s old, dirty, anything is working properly, air conditioners are not working, horrible mattresses, not utilities, not enough personnel working. Anyways!!! This is a garbage for the price that they charge!

We had issues with our keys and had to change room because the lock wasn't working. The service is really good. Breakfast is included and has variety of options. The Gym was under remodeling but across the street there is a full Gym were you can buy a few days or weeks if you need. There is plenty of restaurant options around the hotel. Also the bar and restaurant have options if you want to stay in. Don't expect to open a tab as they had issues with guest no paying their bill so you have to pay everything at the moment of service.

Way better options in the area for the same price. Hotel forced a $40 tax on me even though I had American passport and proof I live abroad. I’ve visited Colombia weekly for business for the last few months and this was the only hotel that applied the tax - and did so incorrectly. It was 2am when I checked in and the agent was just in a bad mood. The then proceeded to show me copies of all other guests passports to somehow prove his point (that he charges everyone). I didn’t feel great about leaving a copy of my passport.

Room smell really bad, Ac not working properly, it need upgrade, personal desk terrible

Food in restaurant was not good No convince store , guest laundry room facility or fitness centre on the property like advertised on ******* website under property amenities. I had a nice room on the eighth floor but the noise from loud music and people partying lasted until 2 o’clock in the morning and started very early on the weekend around 7:00 am with people playing drums for carnival. Windows for rooms should be soundproof hearing that kind of noise on the eighth floor is pretty extreme.

Excellent all the way. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Walking distance to good restaurants near by.

I have called more than 3 times today and yesterday to get CLEAn TOWELS!! I am sitting here waiting still to take a shower and it is 4 pm! The front desk just makes excuses every time I call. Service here is terrible

Excellent hotel one of the best I have ever stay at. Staff very courteous and helpful always ready to help, absolutely nothing to complain about

The attention of the staff and the prices were very good, I loved it even though the hotel needs a little attention.
