Good location for sports complex. Staff at desk was courteous. There were no extra pillows or blankets available. The phone in the room could only be used by using the speaker option, the hand receiver did not work. The shower head sprayed out of the unit soaking the floor each time and was unable to manipulate. Flushing the toilet made the shower drain gurgle.
