Picked because price for weekend stay in Bilbao was much more expensive. We went for football it took 15 mins on metro and was easy to use, cheap and all easily navigated. Hotel was clean a nice balcony and the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. If you want loads of frills and fancy stuff pay to stay in Bilbao but this was a great choice for us.Ariz-was the stop onthe metro and was a vibrant place on the weekend with a real good atmosphere and lots of choice for quick bite to eat and drink.2 mins walk from hotel

Reserve una habitación doble estandar y me dieron una individual con capacidad para una persona y una cama de 135 pequeña para 2 personas tambien en la descripcion del hotel dice que las 25 habitaciones disponen de terraza amueblada y esta habitación no tenia ni terraza solo una ventana y lo peor la señora de recepción de pelo corto canoso un poco estúpida y desagradable.aportaria fotos pero no me deja a traves de esta pagina. Aunque pienso denunciar en la oficina de consumo.

Arrivée à l l'hotel avec parking payant
Restaurant fermé et pas de petit dejeuner de prévu juste un distributeur pour prendre son café
On nous indique qu il faut sortir de l hôtel pour petit dejeuner???!!

Nuestra experiencia ha sido mala. Fundamentalmente por una deficiente atención y servicio del personal Hay detalles que son muy fáciles de arreglar cuando se tiene buena intención y profesionalidad. No ha sido el caso. Hemos permanecido dos noches ocupando varias habitaciones y desde el momento de la llegada, tuvimos que esperar casi una hora para que nos hicieran el chekin. Tras reservar y pagar con un mes de antelación no les aparecía ducha reserva. Incluso tuvimos que justificarlo con copia del mismo. Por cierto, sin una disculpa en ningún momento. Tras esa otras varias, una habitación sin limpiarla en todo el día, falta de papel y otros útiles de baño...y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Para que no parezca que es simplemente una "rabieta" destacar unas buenas toallas y las sábanas y ropa de cama. No recomendable.

El personal siempre con una sonrisa y solicito a lo que le pidas, las instalaciones parece ser que no son mantenidas adecuadamente y por ejemplo tuvo que venir el gerente a arreglar el monomando de la ducha que salía el agua a 40 grados y no se podía regular. Indican desayuno incluido y el restaurante está cerrado y dan un café de máquina y un bollo industrial en compensación

Apathetic attitude/unhelpful service. Requested a double bed and received two singles. Poor maintenance, fridge in room did not work. Extremely hot in shower and could not adjust.
