I stayed at this hotel during a business trip in January. For price, quality, cleanliness, features, and staff that make you feel welcome, there won't be a better hotel to stay in this whole city. Whether it be business or social, everything and everyone is catered for. Lovely rooms, good food and a great gym with spa treatments available are just some of the features that make this hotel a standout. The best feature for me was the North Shield. A bar area which wouldn't look out of place back home due to its heritage style decorations, surrounded in a good old pub atmosphere. That being said, the North Shield wouldn't be as good as it is, if it weren't for the great staff working there. Berkan, Seda and Ali are extremely good at their jobs and deserve recognition for making the experience as good as it was. Very friendly, helpful, and would even listen to me when I had drank a few (they deserve a medal for this alone). I encourage anyone who stays at the hotel to visit the North Shield to experience their great hospitality. The hotel should reward their staff for their hard work and endeavour. Keep up the good work team !!! Look forward to staying again. I wouldn't be staying anywhere else in this city.

Many things I didn’t like about this hotel. The only think I liked is the location 2 mins walking from the bus station. But very poor wifi , bad mattress. I arrived 12:30 they made me wait till 2 pm even if they could let me earlier. I asked for 1 double bed they didn’t provide it. For 50$/night I excepted much more. Won’t come back and will find another hotel for the rest of my stay

My 2nd time here, everything was very good in the first time, the location is very central but on the other hand it is very quiet, you wake up in the morning with the sounds of birds. the common areas in the garden are wonderful, the villas are very beautiful, the breakfast is very delicious, the whole team is made up of female employees and they are all very kind.

I had a great time with my friends this weekend and enjoyed the SPA facilities. The massage and turkish hamam bath was top. GGuest UserI thought it was VERY inconvenient to not be able to expense meals/drinks/services to my room to have just one final bill. For business travelers, this implies needing to report and expense several bills instead of just one upon check-out. Second, the food quality at the restaurant was subpar, to say the least. Once, I ordered a medium/rare T-steak. It arrived overcooked, on a bed of BBQ sauce (WHY?!), and it was the hardest meat I'd eaten in years, it was very disappointing. Third, the spa. I booked a 50min massage at the hammam. While I was there, there were 2 teen guests talking very loud, yelling, clapping on the water recipients, etc. I had to tell them myself to please be quiet, while I was covered in foam (this should be done by the person delivering the massage at the first sign of noise and disrespect), yet they continued doing their own show. Fourth, when I left, I looked at the clock and the massage had finished after 32min, when I paid for 50min one. Fifth: The coffee machine at the buffet is old and delivers only water when you press the coffee-vanilla option, and for the rest of them it's an unsavory, watery diluted coffee. Totally not what you'd expect from this sort of hotel. The only good think I found during my stay were the premises, which are new and tidy. I don’t think I would come back.

Maalesef son dört gündür yemeklerde ciddi bir kalite düşüşü yaşandığını üzülerek belirtmek isterim. Özellikle etlerin çiğ olması ve tavuk yemeklerinin hoş olmayan bir koku yayması, yemek deneyimimi olumsuz etkiledi. Kahvaltının zayıflığı konusunu ayrıca ele almalısınız. Bu durumu daha önceki şikayetimde grup sorumlusuna ilettiğimde, maalesef yetersiz bir yanıt aldım. Otelinizde kalırken konforlu bir deneyim yaşamayı ve sağlıklı yemekler tüketmeyi beklerdim. Lütfen bu sorunu ciddi şekilde ele alın, yemeklerin kalitesini ve hijyen koşullarını iyileştirme adına gereken adımları atın.

And But We Are Not Satisfied That The Hot Springs And The Pool Are Subjected To An Extra 200 TL Fee. Packages Need to be Rearranged...
