No electricity, generator works 7 pm to 1 am. hit water only 7 am to 10 am. No TV, internet, telephone, or intercom, no room service. No heating arrangements. Gave a little soap and one towel, said we can't afford more. Horrible management. Incompetent manager, rude, condescending, no cooperative. Never ever dream of staying
