Price is worth. Toilet need some maintenance. Overall worthy to stay.

First, hotel is good as it’s near Batam centre. Hotel is very good theme for photo shoot. Use Gojek to call for car in Batam. Grab doesn’t work here. For hotel amenities, water heater is not on, has to inform the hotel counter to on the switch. The shower head is not very good for my room. There’s cigarette burn marks on my bedsheet. The hotel is near the main road so it’s very noisy around mid night. Overall, hotel facilities not bad.

It was okay, in Batam center and 10 minutes to Nagoya. Overall 7/10

The staff is extremely hospitable and very helpful. They are accommodating to my needs and extends a helping hands whenever I requested for it. An excellent accommodation recommended for everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice and cozy. There was a place where you can play table tennis and snooker.

Very very bad room i saw in the room mouse also but staff are friendly so it’s okey but all customers not like me

The hotel is only 1.5 km from the Batam Centre terminal. It is convenient. The decor of the hotel is unique. It has an Egyptian theme. Also very convenient to go anywhere as the private service is cheap, good and efficient. Value for money. Hotel is not big and the staff is friendly.

Location is convenient close to Batam ferry Center terminal only 10 minutes time by taxi to hotel and 20minutes from hotel to airport ! Hotel staff is helpful. However, Inside guest room is clean but too dark and the room PLUG for my I phone 14 does not fit! Fortunately I have power bank to cover whole night. Suggest to improve ASAP for guest convenience. Thank you. Overall, The good room rate is there without further complaint and will come back for my next visit.

The room aircon is warm due to coil dirty low airflow, the toilet floor trap bad smell. The window curtain full of dust.
