The hotel rooms are only fairly clean, there are stains on the bedsheets. Even after changing, there are still stains. Cockroaches were spotted inside the room….
The food quality from hotel restaurant on the roof top was also terrible. The beef ribs tasted like rubber…..
Only good thing is that the hotel is near shopping malls like Nagoya hill, only 10 mins car ride

I don't know if it's because the water is not clean. I took a shower this morning and immediately got a lot of them. My boyfriend didn't take a shower so he didn't have any. It's super itchy and painful.

The room is relatively new. The hotel should be more occupied by locals. Breakfast is on the first floor and the variety is OK. If you are traveling, it is not recommended to stay here. The surrounding area is a residential area for locals.

Superior room is so small!! Unlike what was advertised on the website. Changed to family room with a reasonable additional price.I don’t recommend staying at this hotel as the area was like a dead city and far from the tourist attractions places. The water was dirty and so was the room. Limited choices for the breakfast menu and would suggest to order food from Grab. Lastly, the tv was too small and had to squint my eyes to watch from the bed.

The location is a bit far from Nagoya. But they do have free shuttle to the shopping area during weekends. The room is ok. Similar to the pics posted.
