Room is pretty decent and clean, but need severe maintenance. Shower head was leaking, toilet flush strength is weak, hairdryer overheat went used for more then 3min on the hottest setting

During 2 days' stay,breakfast has a lot of varieties and tastes good. It was also near to the ferry terminal and there was a shopping centre. I appreciated that the bedroom was decorated. I only alotted to 2nd floor as I requested for higher floors but was OK.
There was a sound coming from our aircon room 204 during the night.Secondly, I could not open the door as the card keys were faulty.Both highlighted to the hotel counter before checkout. Thank you

This is my 2nd time staying there. Before and after corona. I'd say that the place is very strategic, right beside Batam Centre and opposite Batam megamall. I love that the rooms are simple and very bright and clean. Breakfast spread was amazing! And I like that the rooms service was 24 hrs. Overall, highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back again

The hotel is near to ferry terminal and located at the City centre. The room is spacious and clean. Everything are good .. definitely will stay here again when visiting Batam

The room was extraordinary in good condition, very clean and tidy..the space was very spacious, i very salute the hospitality management and the sense of humor, the breakfast was awesome include the performance from the staff while having breakfast.i will repeat to this hotel , when i come again to batam
