I feel sorry for the staff, having to manage a property that is abandoned by the owner. Granted, this is a budget accommodation. But never had we experienced being provided with a torn towel and bedsheets with holes. When we informed the staff, they did replace them, but it was again shredded towels and bedsheets with holes at different places. The room also reeked of cigarettes although it was a non-smoking room. All of these are none of the staff's fault, they did their best.
But what a pity, we won't stay here again.

The room was okay. Everything is clean and tidy. The room is very spacious. The only thing is the aircond didn’t funtioned well. But the location is good. Many eateries near the hotel area.
