Abbey Hotel Bath, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

When we first realized the room was on the basement floor, we were a bit apprehensive, but it turned out to be much better than we expected. The room had its own small terrace, and it was quiet and comfortable inside. The location was incredibly convenient: about a 10-minute walk from the train station and only about 3 minutes to the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts. Especially the Eggs Benedict – they were freshly prepared and very delicious.

The location is fantastic, only a couple of hundred meters walk to the Roman Baths and the Abbey. The room is clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Both the front desk and restaurant staff are very friendly and welcoming. Although there's no dedicated parking, there are a few spots right outside for temporary drop-offs/pick-ups (up to 20 minutes) for luggage, and then you can park at the nearby Manvers Street Car Park, which isn't expensive.

The hotel is close to the Roman Baths and the train station. Great location and easy to access. The room was clean! A portable air conditioner was also provided, which was really appreciated! Thanks to the hotel for this effort. The staff were very friendly and cheerful. We would have liked a chair in the room, but it wasn't essential for just one night. Recommended hotel!

The hotel's location is quite good, very close to the train station, and just a short walk to the commercial district. However, the facilities are a bit basic and dated. The room I stayed in had no windows, though the bathroom did have a small one.
