The staff is very good. The location is okay. This property is very dated and could use some updating and repairs in the rooms. The lobby and breakfast area are very nice.

Hotel is right off I-10 and convenient to get to. It was nice and clean with friendly and helpful staff. The room with two queen beds is small but comfortable for a short stay. We enjoyed the breakfast the next morning.

Close to I-10 highway made it convenient however the highway noise was loud throughout night.
Bring sleeping pills or earplugs.
There are plenty of dining options close and walkable to the hotel.

Friendly staff. Hotel is right off interstate in convenient location. Close to shopping and great food selection. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that the room was warm. Ac wasn’t too cool.

We are twelve miles from the campus of the Southern University Jaguars, 2003 SWAC National Champions. The Hampton Inn I-10 & College Drive is only four miles away from the Baton Rouge, Louisiana booming downtown area which hosts an array of activities such as the Argosy Casino and Casino Rouge, the USS Kidd Naval Museum, Catfish Town, the Planetarium, The Roux House Blues Bar, an exciting nightlife, and many local and international fare restaurants.
