I think it used to be the premier hotel. Large area at reception together with Bayu restaurant.Location is at Batu Buruk beach which is a plus factor and around the city area. Improvement in front of the beach area is still under construction I think. Looking forward to seeing the end product of that part. The left area facing the beach needs total makeup. The overgrown plant should be cleared.A pool section for children is a very good idea together with the water pail hanging up.

Staff a bit creepy. Please improve on staff performance and the way they treat customers. Location strategic. Other thing great.

I had booked a single bed in advance for my stay, but upon check-in at 4:00 pm, I was informed that no single beds were available. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the premium price I had paid for the room. Furthermore, the quality of the mattress and pillows resembled those of a low-star hotel, not what I had expected. Another inconvenience was the lack of basic amenities. I had to request a toothbrush every day, which should have been readily available in the room. Additionally, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay for additional mineral water at the counter during check-out. Such practices felt unnecessary and inconvenient. One aspect of the hotel that stood out was its exterior pool and beach area, which were very impressive. However, this only served to highlight the stark contrast with the disappointing room and services. Overall, I would rate my experience as two stars. It is clear that the hotel is in need of refurbishment to meet the standards of a four-star establishment. I hope that management takes these issues into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

This hotel really need a big upgrade, environment are old and there is stain on sofa and also pillow.

Had a one night stay at Primula kuala terengganu. Rooms are big. Good location too. Eventhough the the rooms are a little dated, but the breakfast is really good. It feels like very authentic malay breakfast. I mean which hotel serves steamed Yam!! This one does and it is delicious. Also they have steamed glutinous rice and you pick your condiment to go with it... grated coconut, brown sugar and even dried fish to go with the pulut kukus...yum!! Many more.....

This is most definitely NOT a 4* hotel. I would rate it as 2/3 stars. The building is very old with rickety taps broken wiring so only half the bulbs are working. I can live with old but the cleanliness was unacceptable and there was a strong musty smell of old dirty carpets and curtains which would not go away even after they vacuumed the room and sprayed with air freshener. Breakfast also very basic.

Hotel lama tapi ada beberapa part dh upgrade kolam baru best. Tp bilik hotel old sikit.kene upgrade bilik baru best.

Old but well maintained hotel. 90s style resort hotel. Check in was smooth, without deposit. Room and bathroom was clean. Got room facing town n a bit of seaview. Pool was ok. Overall satisfied and will come again if visiting k. Terengganu.

Easy check -in process. Spacious room, near to the food places. Will definitely come back.

Very good location, plenty of parking and within walking distance to the large shopping mall. Sea view is a welcome too. The hotel is very old and needs full redecoration. The external walls need repainting, the neon sign is not working properly and the derelict hotel building next door all make the place not very welcoming, sadly. The room - the arm chair was very old and sinks, beds were OK, carpet flooring very tatty, TV reception is largely terrestrial and not good for overseas guests. The bathroom - shower head is not good - no spray, basically like a suspended hose pipe over your head, toiletries not good quality (do bring your own), the toilet with auto washlet is good, ants on the vanity top not great. Not an international standard hotel. Staff try hard and full kudos to them. Breakfast was fine - lots of local delicacies to try but quite heavy for the western palate. Plenty of other options too. The small pool was busy with children - it was a working day ... not sure where the children had come from! Perhaps there should be an adult section only? The gym looks quite poorly maintained.
