2-Star Hotels in Batu Caves

The hotel is located close with my husband's office/place work... The hotel is very clean and all facilities are provided.... The staff also serve us well.. Thanks 👍

All went well … Except we had a neighbor in the next room (unfortunately it was a connecting room) smoking the whole night. The smell was so strong on our side of the room and it was terrible for us the whole night. We have a 7yo with us and I feel so sorry for him because he had to suffer 2nd hand smoke with us adult the whole night. We made complaint to the reception, they sent someone to look at the matter, but it wasn’t solving the problem. For a Smoke Free hotel, the hotel should take stern action against the guest who violated this rule. They did not came back to me after the complaint, and we were disappointed for needing to spend a rough night.

The new reception counter guys were rude and harsh... The aircond switched off the main and for many hours from morning until afternoon... They switched off purposely... However I'm totally disappointed with the hotel service provided by them... Regardless of them to switch off the main without any electricity running in the room... Plus I'm having heat stroke and it's very humid and hot 🔥🔥🔥

The room was filthy full of hairs and stains on the bed even had cockroaches, they will ask you to top up money if you booked cheaper online, I checked out within 30 mins and they refused to refund me, and when you pay they don’t even give you receipt.. looks like some nonsense going on in that hotel, stay away don’t book this hotel go for the ones inside selayang capitol mall that hotels are way better..

Good room. Clean and comfortable. Strong water flow. Hotel with ample parking. Staff was friendly. Easy to assess and the location is quite strategic. This hotel is recommended to travellers.

This hotel is the best and guaranteed safety and cleanliness as well as a relatively comfortable environment because it is convenient for tourists to park cars or other vehicles. The room was very clean and spacious and we were very satisfied. Compared with other hotels, the price is very cheap. Thanks to the hotel and Trip.com

Aircond is cold. Comfy for solo traveller. A variety of foods near to the hotel. Nice!

The staff at this small hotel were the nicest part of the place. However the condition of the room we got was unfortunately subpar. I was chasing two mosquitoes in our bathroom (where did they come from?) and with my headlamp I nailed one of them... the other got away. But in that fiasco, I could see the sheer amount of lack of maintenance by the room crew - the cobwebs on the toilet ceiling was baffling. If it’s an isolated place, with no one staying, sure... but it was a hotel! That aside, the mattress that I used was probably really old as I felt that I was going to slide off it... probably a sensation exacerbated by my sore neck. Room lighting was dim, and we were issued a Hitachi remote control for the Samsung LCD TV. The York aircon had this humming sound throughout the two nights we were there - but thankfully worked. I believe I also saw a massive water filtration filter outside of the hotel itself - so the water seems to be potable already. Nevertheless I also had my personal water filtration unit to do a second round, and we drank the tap water without ill effects.

the room matches the price.. the location is very strategic.. the room is ok.. it's just that it's slim, it's torn off, it's not hung properly
