Room type: family suite Pros: 1. Strategic location, surrounded with eatery places like Kyochon, mamak, family mart, steamboat. 2. Quite spacious for 2 people and relatively clean room. 3. Shower heater and air cond work fine. Cons 1. Got ant issue and was visited by 1 super big cockroach at 1 night. 2. Old aircond, so not so cold, even after 2 days left open. 3. Different types of bed mattresses: 1 springy and 1 not. 4. No lift, and needs to climb to the 3 rd floor 5. Only 2 plugs. 6. Door security a bit lacking: only door knob lock Summary: good place for a short stay only.

The new reception counter guys were rude and harsh... The aircond switched off the main and for many hours from morning until afternoon... They switched off purposely... However I'm totally disappointed with the hotel service provided by them... Regardless of them to switch off the main without any electricity running in the room... Plus I'm having heat stroke and it's very humid and hot 🔥🔥🔥

All went well … Except we had a neighbor in the next room (unfortunately it was a connecting room) smoking the whole night. The smell was so strong on our side of the room and it was terrible for us the whole night. We have a 7yo with us and I feel so sorry for him because he had to suffer 2nd hand smoke with us adult the whole night. We made complaint to the reception, they sent someone to look at the matter, but it wasn’t solving the problem. For a Smoke Free hotel, the hotel should take stern action against the guest who violated this rule. They did not came back to me after the complaint, and we were disappointed for needing to spend a rough night.
