I was not able to take a picture of the room we stayed in. The location was city centre and accessible to taxi and bus. The room and bath were clean. Liquid soap was provided but no shampoo and the wifi in our room on the 8th floor was weak. There was no cafe and restaurant in the hotel the staff said that due to the pandemic they closed it. There was a 24/7 convenience store near and walking distance restaurants. The staff were accommodating. Overall 8/10 rating.

First look is nice. But some part of the wallpaper in the room has came off, the tap for the sink is so loose that I can turn left to right. Plus the sint DON'T have hot water. So far I was still OK with this. But then when I was lying down on the bed I noticed only 2 pillows so I tried to call the front desk to ask for 1 more pillow as their pillow is too soft for me, when I pick up the phone in the room don't work! When inform the front desk, they only reply ”ya the phone don't works some time.” with a I don't care face to me. If u have a choice, don't choose this hotel.

I recently stayed at Expressionz Leisure Hotel by Mana Mana, and my experience was wonderful. The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, with well-appointed rooms and excellent amenities.
What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They were always ready to assist with a friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help. In particular, Zila was outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, from providing local recommendations to addressing any questions I had. Her warm hospitality and professional demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend Expressionz Leisure Hotel by Mana Mana for anyone visiting the area. The excellent service, especially from Zila, made a significant difference in my experience.

One of the nicest hotels we've both stayed in during our time in Southeast Asia, all the staff are lovely and willing to help whenever it's needed! I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Malaysia! It's a bit far from the city centre but a cheap grab can get you there within half an hour!

1) long queue when check in at around 5pm, still informed room not ready. Ask to wait for another 1-2hrs. After complained, told us to wait for 30mins. (If no complain? Just have to wait for 1-2hrs?)
2) wrong information from one of the front desk staff , she told us that we can use their facilities first even not complete check in.(since we need to wait for the room) But actually cannot go thru the facilities floor without access card.
3) the building signboard is complicated, hard to understand. Information board show L41 is sky desk, but when follow the guide arrow to the lift, the lift only can access to L40, and no sign board show should reach L40 first, and then use another lift to L41-42.
4) breakfast: coffee watery tasteless. And only few choice of food.
5) swimming pool is too pack during holiday. And the water looks not clear.
6) sky deck under maintenance.
7) security guard never guide unpaid car park fees guess to reverse their car to one side, all unpaid vehicle blocked at the exit area. Hotel guess need to call to front desk to verify car number plate before drive out.
8) give two access card. one can use to scan for lift and room, another card only can scan for room.
Pros:
*sound proof is good in room, but living room can listen sound from corridor.
*everything still new. Room is clean, and good enough for family group. Hope can improve in the future.

- Location is central and walking distance from Pavilion mall. But downside is that the roads are pretty jammed and calling a grab will mean a 20 mins wait at least
- Room looks good and clean, and there is filtered water (tap) provided (note no plastic bottles given). However the showers are always flooded as drainage isn’t good. And I was in a room where the toilet faced the carpark and feels very exposed. I had feedback this and was given another room though it was a downgrade from what I had originally booked, but at least I wouldn’t be exposed when using the toilet

We love this hotel not only the lication but also their service and facilities as well. We have a very comfortable stay with lovely breakfast spread. Just a 2-min walk away from the famous China and the MRT station. Very convenient to yravel to other place via MRT and of course Grab.
The gym has essential work out tools though not many but good enough for a short workout. All are good except the bed is a little too soft and both my friend and I found there isn't good support for our spine actually.... something that 4 points by Sheraton needs to take note of....

Location is great as it is just across Nu Sentral Mall but you need to use a lift or escalator to go down not far from the Loaf or Family Mart. Finding your meals is easy too as there is an ABC food centre just next to the hotel and plenty of choices in the mall itself. As for transport, it’s a breeze as you can either take Grab, LRT or MRT to malls, & KLIA express to the airport etc.

LLee Wei Lun My first time staying in a hotel where i couldnt sleep. The bed is too soft. The fridge blue light with transparent door shining on your face while u ry to sleep. Usually, for hotel aircon, i'll have it at 23 degrees and i can hide in the blanket. For my room, its at 16 degrees and i'm sweating throughout the night. The aircon isnt cold. Honestly, quite disappointed with the mercure brand this time. Penang mercure and singapore mercure are much better. I have to admit that some comments i read in the review are really as they said.

GGuest UserThe room was filthy full of hairs and stains on the bed even had cockroaches, they will ask you to top up money if you booked cheaper online, I checked out within 30 mins and they refused to refund me, and when you pay they don’t even give you receipt.. looks like some nonsense going on in that hotel, stay away don’t book this hotel go for the ones inside selayang capitol mall that hotels are way better..
