Terbaik, recommended for budget hotels in Penang... facilities just near by...ATM, Groceries Shop and so many food dine in here....

Among many OYO hotel I have use, I would say Im less satisfy with this one. Initially given a room which has doorknob problem. After room change, the new room have malfunction aircond (long time to cold), toilet door damage and even found 2 wet towel in the cabinet. I understand I took budget hotel, but, come on, this is kot my 1st time use OYO budget hotel.

But i should praise the staff there, very calm & professional handling my complain. Really felt been in good hand.

Hope the management can see to this matter

Strategic location, many facilities are available around, the room is OK clean, the only problem is parking, there is no special parking

Era una festività malese e tutti gli altri hotel avevano prezzi folli. Questo era nella media prenoto senza pensare che mi sarei pentito amaramente. Arriviamo in reception e ci danno le chiavi della stanza una signora ci accomoagna entra nella stanza vede un scarafaggio morto e non si scompone minimamente ci saluta e ci lascia li con il cadavere. Pulizia inesistente ragnatele a vista, camera piccola e angusta peggio il bagno. Da scappare via a gambe levate

Great location, it’s just a few minutes walk from The beach! Supper affordable, just bring your own toothbrushes 

The hotel has a discotheque right, so much to tell you that the basses and the unsupportable music start at 22:30 and end at 5:30. The receptionist is a spectator, very little helpful and watches war movies a good part of the night. Soundproofing 0/10. The toilets are constantly running, the shower water is burning. Then be careful if you book via Booking, they canceled my reservation at my arrival so that I paid my three nights in cash; I could meet the owner and unfortunately, I must admit that it's a real narcotic! The household is very adorable and courageous.
