Great hospitality and love the warmth welcome bu the staffs. Parking is sufficient and need to pay per day rate. Good choices of breakfast.

Overall good. Beach not attractive. Service average. Not much activities. Breakfast is acceptable

A lepak hotel to relax and stay away from busy city life and noisy people. Room big and clean. Bed and pillow comfortable that I don't want to wake up. Service is friendly and amenities are delivered fast to the room when requested. Towel is big and clean. Soap and shampoo by crabtree. But I expect better quality bed slippers and toothbrush/toothpaste considering it's doubletree Breakfast buffet was delicious with a good spread. Come early after morning pray to avoid noisy people. Pool big and clean. But come early to avoid noisy kids and irritating people. Near the beach if you want to swim salty, just cross the overbridge. Far Away from busy georgetown, airport and main attractions. But convenient and affordable to grab around.

Terrible service, worst among all Hilton hotels I’ve stayed in Asia. The front desk staff Ms. Nantini (yes, I specifically took down her name because I was too shocked) was only willing to serve Westerners. She asked a Malaysian lady and myself to wait aside when she served the Westerners behind us first. This happened two times in a roll, if not discrimination/racism I don’t know what it is. I’ve written to both lobby managers, Alex and Danni, so far, I have not heard anything back. The pillow case was disgusting, see picture 1. And the hotel would go construction at 11am when people are using the pool. When it became super dusty, no one can swim. Caution! Avoid this hotel at any cost!

always being my fav place whenever i come to penang.So comfy and smell nice.Just need to improve on cleanliness of toilet tiles and get more board game on the lobby hihi

Great hotel,friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean, stylish, spacious room, well equipped and comfortable bed.great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I love the beach although have to walk thru sky bridge. It was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Excellent stay, kids loved the kids club, breakfast was good.

We stayed at Penang for 6D5N. Though it's up hill, no amenities are found. Need to go out from the hotel to search for food cos food was expensive.

Hilton double tree is a quite good choice of hotel which u stay in Penang. Not too far from Georgetown.

The hotel is so nice, the view that we got was beautiful & the staffs were very helpful. My best friend & i slept comfortably and we didn’t want to leave the hotel cause we had the best weekend there 😂 and appreciate the effort for decorating our room for my best friend’s birthday. Really worth it!

Very friendly staff and helpful. The room was clean and quite spacious. I love the free cookies upon check in and they use crabtree & evelyn product in the bathroom. Overall I have a pleasant stay there 😊

We decided to come back here for short vacation after our honeymoon trip here. Everything was good except the bed. It’s not comfortable with the price paid.

Spacious room and very delicious welcome cookies. My kid enjoy in the kids room.

Though the location may be a little far from the airport, it's got a good sea view and the staff were all friendly and are always there to cater to any demands 24/7. Would recommend this hotel if anyone is looking for a short-term stay.
