Not clean and smelly

our concerns :- - the main entrance wooden door cannot be locked. So we just locked the outside grille. - the master bathroom was flooded whenever we showered. Takes time to drain. Maybe can tell your cleaner to clear the drainage outlet. - second toilet door cannot close properly - maybe can ask your cleaner to also clean the balcony properly as there’s lots of insects. - furniture in the living room and balcony is old. Feels uncomfortable to be in this area. - loud footsteps can be heard in the middle of the night in the living room. Footsteps comes from above. Daytime no footsteps which is strange. - there was pushing sound and movement of the master bedroom door in the middle of the night too. That made it hard to sleep. It was ok towards the morning and daytime. Overall a scary experience .

The worst experience No enough car park at all Pay also no Parking Parking fees RM1/ hrs. One day RM10 Need to park few miles away from the apartment using grab to back apartment It's good if not using own transport
