The room is ok but the surroundings is terrible. Too many locals staying so it is very noisy even at 3am in the morning. Baby crying and people walking up and down even at 3am.

Worst hotel ever. I drove 15 hours from Jb-pen with all the jammed. So i slepy in the car with my two children. Room is horrible The worst i ever met.

Booking with TRIP.COM is super easy peasy, there is no hidden charge. Room was as expected, worthy with the price. All facilities provided functioned well. The only concern with my booking was the type of room. I picked room with twin bed, but then I got one queen bed and the hotel did not let me know during check in. Anyway it was not a big issue since I came with my family and only for one night stay.
