Everything is good. The staffs are very friendly. The room is clean and thank you for upgrading me from Superior Twin to Deluxe King. The resort facilities are great and kids friendly. The breakfast also good in taste and variety. Definitely will be revisit.

We stayed for 5D4N at the Parkroyal Penang hotel and we definitely enjoys our stay. Breakfast was good and varied. There are pools with slides. Staff are helpfulness and welcoming. Housekeeping did an amazing job everyday during our stay. Highly recommended.

Everything is good. The service is good. Receptionists are all friendly and its hospitality is great. The facilities provided are excellent and the staff are great too.

Love everything about this hotel from the hospitality, food and ambience. The breakfast was superb but i sure hope you would consider expanding the buffet spread site (as the space became crammed during peak hours). I would like to express my utmost gratitude to all the hotel staff and especially to the gorgeous receptionist lady, Ms Gowri. She was polite, helpful and friendly which made me feel very welcomed. This is my first visit to Park Royal and definitely will not be the last.

Managed to book a premier sea view room. Quite spacious, opt for twin beds if travelling with kids. They provide super single bed

Luxury resort in penang, breakfast just ok, not much choice, but enought to eat. Room is comfortable, everything is good. Will come back again.

I love everything about this hotel. The environment so nice. Got pool with slide. Amazonia suitable for kids. Hotel very near to beach. Staffs so friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety and nice. This hotel family friendly ya. Recommended!

We enjoyed our time at the Park Royal. The staff was very nice especially Mr. Kana and the housekeeper Monu. He surprised us each time with the most lovely decorations at the bed. The kids had also a great time at the pool. Breakfast was also excellent!

Great room with sea view. Family in adjoining room an bit noisy with children playing till late. Not seriously disturbed. Soundproofing could be better. Amazing range of choices at buffet breakfast. Very clean, very comfortable. Staff extremely friendly.A memorable stay.

It was a great experience staying in PARKROYAL Penang Resort. Greeted by their staff named Faisal and Shah at the entrance who assisted us to their waiting lounge. Served us with unique welcome drinks while waiting to be check in. The rooms are well maintained and the most important thing is.. it's clean. The housekeeping team did a great job too. Thumbs up to all the staff. Not to forget , the hotel location is surrounded by the street food and night market which is good for those who want to get a souvenir. Overall, am pleased with their tip top service. Well recommended!
