Sudah stayed here several times when visiting the rock. Even though the hose is a few years. But the condition is still good. A little different. his staff is friendly. FAMILY room is also good. quite big. Clean. Just the warm water is not stable. There can always be hot water because its capacity is not enough for everything. for the breakfast is also good. Additional - Large room -View mountain and parade -there is a swimming pool -can have breakfast -ada room service -staff friendly Poor -many mosquitoes (front window model lots of windholes but no covers of the purse) -a normal breakfast menu, no western menu -the bathroom looks old, rusty shower -TV in my room is still old model, many channels that cannot -the pool is less well maintained, the water looks a long time has not been replaced so my child doesn't want to swim, On the edge of the pool is a bit greasy and a lot of adhesive broken, the pool ladder has also been shaking - the grass around the resort has started to grow high, so yesterday there were many feather ducks, the children were itch when playing overal the price was already saving and satisfied, just for the future, the facilities need improvement and treatment so that the resort can be better, many things need to be replaced such as old shower, tv tube, pool care, etc.

The villa is clean and fragrant, the place is a bit far from the main road leading to Selecta. Be careful for those who take motorbikes because the road to the villa is a bit steep. The view behind Buagusss villa immediately shows the slopes of the mountain. The air is cool, but for some reason the air in the room is a little hot, maybe the ventilation is closed by a mosquito net. Overall satisfied.. 👍🏻

GGuest UserThe front desk staff is not customer-friendly and appeared very grudgy when told that the room access card was faulty as it did not work when I tried to scan it inside the elevator to access to my room floor. Instead of exploring what could be the issue, the staff simply told me to use the other elevator instead. When I asked her if I would face the same problem accessing my room with the card, she got annoyed and told me off that the system indicated its OK.
Although it was a bad experience during check in, we were impressed with the food spread offered for breakfast. Love the food varieties and the charming set up in the restaurant overlooking the mountains.

GGuest UserThey has rooms with different themes, so you can talk to the hotel about what type of room you want. But there's no guarantee that you can always choose. I mean they could be very crowded at peak season. This hotel is definitely a heaven to 3-8 years old kids. They has lots of kids-friendly facilities, like small indoor playground, swimming pool with a few slides, mini golf with 10+ holes, outdoor wall climbing, and Ninja Adventure. For the older ones, there are also a library in front of the indoor playground, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam, billiard, ping pong, and also a small gym. Also, they're all free.

GGuest UserThe Singhasari Resort Batu is suitable for families with children of all ages. There is something for all, with lot's of choice, and a very large swimming pool.
The Resort is set on a very large area with extensive gardens, footpath cum jogging around the hotel.
Plenty of wet weather and evening activities, well organised and supervised by the EXCELLENT staff, who ALWAYS courteous and have a ready smile.
The rooms are very comfortable, being a good size, clean and having plenty of storage space.
Food is plentiful, good quality, with lots of choice for each meal in large uncrowded restaurants.
Lot's of quiet areas for sitting / relaxing, with plenty of snack menu's and choice of beverage.
Car parking is ample, with security / access / location from the main Batu / Malang road being easy & simple.
Views of the surrounding hilly scenery and extensive well manicured gardens around the Resort make it scenic and tranquil.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was very good. We especially liked that our early check-in could be accommodated. The staff were very helpful. We found the breakfast to be excellent with lots of choice. One morning we had to be out very early to visit Mt Bromo, so we requested a breakfast box which had a good selection of food inside it. The grounds were very pretty, with lots of ponds and fish, and the pool looked good. Downsides were that the location wasn't very central to Batu so a taxi was needed. We were there two nights, and one morning there was a wedding which seemed to dominate the pool and breakfast area in the morning. Not a deal breaker for us, but annoying if we had planned an early morning dip!

SSoegiarto999Location: I booked 2 rooms triple bed, the hotel location is near the loading museum, the hotel is on the hill so you can enjoy the valley view. Right left of the hotel there are only a few pedestrian shops that sell by stone antiques, no mini market or repast around the hotel. The parking area is very large, you can park in front of our room. Room: so open the room door, separate the smoking area room and non-smoking room area, don't mix! The pool is quite large, there is a special children's pool and separate from the adult pool, but unfortunately, many guests wear ordinary clothes in the pool (not swimming suits), the hotel should have put the officers who choose not just Small writing and hanged on the changing room shutter. Resto: the menu has many choices, but a pity of food taste 1, the staff at the restaurant was very helpful when my parents ordered a vegetarian menu for his breakfast. If booking through agoda, etc then we have to pay again if we want to go into the outbound facilities such as waterpark, fruit drops, photo spot. If I ask if I will book to this hotel again, frankly I will order at another hotel. I'm very disappointed with the smoke of cigarettes everywhere, the maximum hot water doesn't even feel in the morning, the unpleasant breakfast.

Property quite clean, but many small part and amenities of the property need to be repaired or replaced. Specially exhaust fan in the bathroom should be repaired immediately, very noisy and disturbing in the night as it was paralleled turn on with the bathroom's lamp.
