Stayed here during long week end season, check in time already late compare to other hotel, 3 PM, and the room is not even ready yet while check out is strictly 12 PM. Asked for exact time to check in and they canβt even give answer and suggest to write the complain in the web review so the manager will trust her (which quite weird for me). We finally checked in around 3.34 PM. Hotel looks new, only 27 rooms, each rooms is one mini house and only available with 1 bed, no twin bed available. Toilet sink smell and there was mold already in toilet ceiling. No swimming pool, kids area available in the lobby (mini sand play area and some board game). Parking lot is small, but should be enough for all rooms if they only bring 1 car. Breakfast was sent to the room. Restaurant available but due to covid, they also do ala carte breakfast. Food taste was good. Wi-fi both in lobby and room area also lame, and each room will has a nokia mobile phone because no landline installed. The staff was very friendly.

They has rooms with different themes, so you can talk to the hotel about what type of room you want. But there's no guarantee that you can always choose. I mean they could be very crowded at peak season. This hotel is definitely a heaven to 3-8 years old kids. They has lots of kids-friendly facilities, like small indoor playground, swimming pool with a few slides, mini golf with 10+ holes, outdoor wall climbing, and Ninja Adventure. For the older ones, there are also a library in front of the indoor playground, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam, billiard, ping pong, and also a small gym. Also, they're all free.

This is the first time I have visited this most unique hotel in Batu City, it turns out that there are several types of new rooms offered, namely Superior and Deluxe floor 6, and Executive on floor 7, with a choice of views overlooking the city, or facing Batu Secret Zoo, and these are what is interesting for me is being able to stay at a hotel while feeling a sensation like staying the night in the middle of a forest with various animal sounds. With prices between 500 s.d. 900, it seems that it is quite whorted to stay here, you can immediately take a trip to Batu Secret Zoo and the Animal Museum.

Very nice Resorts in Batu Malang Room is clean, beautifull view, A lot of Facility ( sport center, gym, kids club, spa, jacuzzi, sauna, steam, billiard, futsal, etc) And also Karaoke, bar And some of villa Very good resorts And recommended But For breakfast All kind of food need to improved. All food no tasty And need more variety We are reserved for family And for breakfast we had pay 65k for child, 125k for adults And for us, that is not worth it, with 125k, Buffet only those things Need more variety in the breakfast

We stayed at Golden Tulip Resort Batu from 18th of July for two nights . The hotel Is great, especially for It's restaurants. We have been in all three restaurants , each has there own specialities. The breakfast is served on the indonesians one , Branche; they served good indonesian food and for my surprise they serve also some typical Indonesian 'jamu' (traditional infusione) π. Compliments for their very well servings and very Good RAWON, GADO2, RUJAK, BUBUR JAWA and orher dishes ; the good works of HEAD CHEF RIO and CHEF UBAY !πΎπΎ We have tried also Infinite Restaurant . I had some sceptic impressions reading their menΓΉ at the first glance. They put some incredible meats on pizza!! (I live in Italy and never eat that kind of pizza !) But guys, i tell you that it was completly wrong first impression! This restaurant will makes you very happy after testing their FUSION cuisine !!!! Congratz for CHEF ZAINUL and all the service people with their kindness , MULIA and ERA πΎπΎ And of course for our last dinner we had It on Skydome , the restaurant stays on the top of the Building . As beautiful as the site, as good as their cuisine !πΎπΎ We had also a good experience with all the staff , receptionists, concierges, room services (Frada, Eswat and others) for their kindness and patient and smiles during their work πΎπΎπΎ . They served very well our elderly parents β€οΈ. Guys, i do suggest you to stay in this hotel and try It s restaurants!

The exhibition and lobby are quite classy. But unfortunately the rooms are very simple and old. Cleanliness is also less awake. Especially the bed sheet. It seems that all rooms have a balcony. Only the difference between the view from the room. I happened to have a view of the pool that rarely cleaned when I saw it. The best seems to be the room facing the road. From the room you can see the beauty of the mountains and poor town. But calm, when breakfast the rations are really the champion. The view is very beautiful. We can see the floating parade, mountains and poor town from afar. For the menu is quite varied and delicious. The staff and staff are also very friendly. The hotel is close to the tour coban roundabout and the rock city square. There's a pilot cafe in front of you which seems okay to relax, and the hotel is overall good, just maybe it needs to be kept clean and updated the furniture.

Very satisfying and recommended. A beautiful, comfortable, cozy hotel like at home, complete facilities, friendly employees, and affordable prices. Just one suggestion if you can add to the shuttle fleet because of the weekend season, there are more and more guests, so the wait for pick-up takes quite a long time, let alone the checkout time. Hopefully the suggestions can build for the better in the future.

Clean and Fresh hotel. Even, we never dare to swim becouse of the cold weather, we enjoy in everytime we come this hotel. Just try to rethink to rent apartement room where in the aam building. the apartement are not clean and many fungus under the bed and pantry area.

I checked in at 1 wib in the morning and was directly served well by the staff who looked fresh and friendly even though it was still in the morning. The room is although more narrow than Amaris in other cities (Ex: Jakarta and Bandung) but it's not a problem. The breakfast available varied Amaris typical and tastes quite good. The location is also on the main road of Malang city, even though it is quite far to the main square. What I like from Amaris Malang City, the water coming out in the shower is very loud so it's like the body's being a muscle flexed and the hotel's view north offers a beautiful mountain view

GGuest UserThe front desk staff is not customer-friendly and appeared very grudgy when told that the room access card was faulty as it did not work when I tried to scan it inside the elevator to access to my room floor. Instead of exploring what could be the issue, the staff simply told me to use the other elevator instead. When I asked her if I would face the same problem accessing my room with the card, she got annoyed and told me off that the system indicated its OK.
Although it was a bad experience during check in, we were impressed with the food spread offered for breakfast. Love the food varieties and the charming set up in the restaurant overlooking the mountains.

GGuest UserThe Singhasari Resort Batu is suitable for families with children of all ages. There is something for all, with lot's of choice, and a very large swimming pool.
The Resort is set on a very large area with extensive gardens, footpath cum jogging around the hotel.
Plenty of wet weather and evening activities, well organised and supervised by the EXCELLENT staff, who ALWAYS courteous and have a ready smile.
The rooms are very comfortable, being a good size, clean and having plenty of storage space.
Food is plentiful, good quality, with lots of choice for each meal in large uncrowded restaurants.
Lot's of quiet areas for sitting / relaxing, with plenty of snack menu's and choice of beverage.
Car parking is ample, with security / access / location from the main Batu / Malang road being easy & simple.
Views of the surrounding hilly scenery and extensive well manicured gardens around the Resort make it scenic and tranquil.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was very good. We especially liked that our early check-in could be accommodated. The staff were very helpful. We found the breakfast to be excellent with lots of choice. One morning we had to be out very early to visit Mt Bromo, so we requested a breakfast box which had a good selection of food inside it. The grounds were very pretty, with lots of ponds and fish, and the pool looked good. Downsides were that the location wasn't very central to Batu so a taxi was needed. We were there two nights, and one morning there was a wedding which seemed to dominate the pool and breakfast area in the morning. Not a deal breaker for us, but annoying if we had planned an early morning dip!

SSoegiarto999Location: I booked 2 rooms triple bed, the hotel location is near the loading museum, the hotel is on the hill so you can enjoy the valley view. Right left of the hotel there are only a few pedestrian shops that sell by stone antiques, no mini market or repast around the hotel. The parking area is very large, you can park in front of our room. Room: so open the room door, separate the smoking area room and non-smoking room area, don't mix! The pool is quite large, there is a special children's pool and separate from the adult pool, but unfortunately, many guests wear ordinary clothes in the pool (not swimming suits), the hotel should have put the officers who choose not just Small writing and hanged on the changing room shutter. Resto: the menu has many choices, but a pity of food taste 1, the staff at the restaurant was very helpful when my parents ordered a vegetarian menu for his breakfast. If booking through agoda, etc then we have to pay again if we want to go into the outbound facilities such as waterpark, fruit drops, photo spot. If I ask if I will book to this hotel again, frankly I will order at another hotel. I'm very disappointed with the smoke of cigarettes everywhere, the maximum hot water doesn't even feel in the morning, the unpleasant breakfast.

Property quite clean, but many small part and amenities of the property need to be repaired or replaced. Specially exhaust fan in the bathroom should be repaired immediately, very noisy and disturbing in the night as it was paralleled turn on with the bathroom's lamp.
