3 ночи прошли на отлично Локация хорошая, море через дорогу, также для нас в новинку был споттинг. Так вот эта точка для споттинг в шаговой доступности Фото получились огонь В номере все есть- мини кухня со всеми вытекающими , глад доска, даже стиралка Номера чистые, балкон с видом на море 4-ка персоналу за его равнодушие к гостям, что на ресепшене, что в ресторане В целом не плохо

Если останавливаться в Батуми , то только тут! 👌🏻 Отличное местоположение, соотношение цена/качество. Великолепное обслуживание. Новые чистые апартаменты со всеми удобствами и чудесными видом на море и огромный бассейн. Ресторан DelMar обязателен к посещению 👍🏻

We booked rooms in this hotel for a large group, as there was a group trip to Georgia from Siberia. The rooms were booked through an Armenian tour operator, and as a result, upon arrival, half of the rooms were allocated incorrectly😠 We couldn’t resolve this issue at the reception for two days, but thanks to Administrator Niniko and her high professionalism, the problem was solved instantly 🙌🏻 Thank you very much Niniko and everyone who took part in solving this problem! ❤️

Disgusting. But let's start from the beginning....we arrived at 5 am, we were given the keys and we went in search. The first thing I saw when entering the room was a puddle in the bathroom (I attach a photo). I had to go to the reception. A young man came and looked and said that they would come to us this afternoon to clean it up. But neither that day nor the next (although I went to the reception several more times) no one came. I had to put things in order myself. The next minus is a terrible mess: dirty curtains (photo), a ruined room, a broken chair... And the room itself was not cleaned upon our arrival. Dust in the corners, on the table, poorly washed dishes... Apparently, after the previous occupants, they did not restore order. The answer to demands to change the number was that there were no vacancies. But this is a lie, because the one next to us was free exactly until the middle of our vacation. Service is a separate issue. According to our living conditions, our room had to be cleaned and our bed linen changed every 6 days. On the 7th day I went to the reception - they promised to resolve this issue within a day. On the trail. That day I also went to the reception and the issue was never resolved. In general, we lived all 12 nights without changing our linen. No one is going to move from the staff and do anything. A completely disregardful attitude.

Gamarjoba! The first and most terrible thing is the sound of sewage that is being discharged directly into the sea. It is unbearable to breathe, especially in the evenings. The smell is terrible. The second is a large number of defects in the rooms. The TV on the wall hung crookedly and there was no peephole on the door. There were no accessories in the bath other than a hairdryer and towels, which by the way were never changed in 4 days. There were building materials in the hall during the entire stay. The reception is very disorganized. They don’t even know who should have breakfast in which building. When we checked in, they said one thing, but in fact they sent us to another place. There are always queues in the store for half an hour because only one cash register is working and the girl at the cashier has obvious problems with counting cash and withdrawing money from a card. The hotel only gets 3 stars mainly because of the poor performance of the staff!

This is the best residential complex in Batumi! The only company that has created infrastructure for residents. Your own swimming pool, 24-hour shop, restaurants, a gorgeous park across the road, beautiful views from all apartments. A kind team that is always responsive in resolving any issues, a super team ❤

An excellent complex, perhaps the best in Batumi, if you live with a view of the pool, then everything is more than beautiful, but if you are unlucky and have a view in the opposite direction, you will see numerous construction sites in Batumi. The complex has everything you need for a comfortable stay, a 24/7 shop, several cafes with different types of cuisine, free secure parking, the sea through the park area. It is possible to accommodate pets of different sizes; in general, it is a very decent place.
