交通十分方便，門口就有到機場和火車站的10路和10A路，10A路的A寫的像個圓圈，晚上不臨街的房子較安靜，就是沒有早餐，只有夏季才有早餐，早餐的時候性價比很可以。

Great Locations, Swimming Pool, Breakfast
This is a very funky and artistic hotel were everything is well thought about. The location is fantastic, next to the sea and with close proximity to all the excitment of batumi beach. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety and the swimming pool on the roof is majestic. Our room was small, but very cozy and well worth staying at this great hotel.

Отель расположен в конце Приморского бульвара, в 3 км от аэропорта, местоположение удобное, если вы не планируете каждый день прогулки по городу. В отеле есть бассейн на крыше, через дорогу пляж. Вид из номеров на море. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный, однозначно рекомендую отель!

A fantastic hotel with a rooftop pool, bar and eating area. The room was clean, spacious and stylish with an amazing view over the Black Sea. The staff were incredible, Bidzima in particular went out of his way to provide any help or service he could, the type of service that is rare these days. The restaurant was excellent with quality food and reasonable prices. This hotel is a gem which I will visit again…

Сервис и персонал ужасный. Завтрак тоже не очень. Не советую этот отель. Я очень разочарован если честно. Море очень близко и можно увидеть самалет очень близко. Потому что аерапорт очень рядом находится. Это у них большой плюс. А так я уже сюда не приеду.

КРАЙНЕ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ! Оценка 1 из 10! На Букинге отзывы завышены! Не ведитесь! Стоит 270 лари за ночь, но этот отель не стоит даже 50 лари за ночь! 1. Забронировали через WhatsApp, приехали поздно, в итоге бронь на нас никто не оформил и дали другой номер с видом на стройку. 2. Не извинились, сыровяленый парень на ресепшн был скорее недоволен нашему визиту. 3. Номер грязный, пошарпаный, простыни с мерзкими катышками. 4. Одеяло было не заправлено. В итоге ночью в номере за 270 лари нам пришлось заправлять одеяло самим. 5. Кран в ванне расшатанный и убитый, под раковиной образовалась лужа воды. Слив плохо работал, образовалось озеро. 6. После того, как мы увидели всю эту «прелесть», мне удалось вернуть деньги за 2 ночи (бронировали изначально на 3), а на следующее утро нам напомнили, чтобы мы не опаздывали с чек-аутом. Единственное, что бы не так плохо - это сносные завтраки. Всё остальное тихий ужас. Люди не понимают что такое качественный сервис и своевременный ремонт. Коровник, а не отель.

Het hotel oogt prima, maar heeft toch nog heel wat gebreken. We vermoeden dat dit het gevolg was van de renovatiewerken: lekkend plafond, onnauwkeurige afwerking van het zwembad, slecht schilderwerk ... Het personeel is behulpzaam, maar het is lang wachten op het bestelde eten. 's Morgens is er enkel oploskoffie, want voor de andere moet je extra betalen. Dit zou niet mogen als je voor luxe betaalt. Ook de ligstoelen aan het strand, zijn gelegen naast een stinkende riool. Hierdoor is genieten aan de Zwarte Zee niet ideaal. We hadden hier een beetje meer van verwacht.
