We booked this apartment on the booking website a month before the trip, and they immediately indicated that we were planning a honeymoon. Before the trip, I indicated a week in advance that we would arrive at a certain time. When we arrived at the complex, the apartment was not yet ready, although I wrote in advance that we would arrive at 16:00... Manager Mikhail assured us that everything would be ready at 17:00. As a result, we only checked in at 17:30. They immediately turned on the air conditioner and saw that it was leaking, they reported this to the “operational” chat and personally to Mikhail. We were advised not to turn it on too low a temperature 🤷🏼♂️🤦♂️, ok we turned it on to 25 - it still leaks.. the next day we went to room 603, to the agency itself that rented this apartment to us, they told us that the TV and The air conditioner will be repaired today, ok, we believe it. In fact, in the evening the situation did not change, I had to go to them again and swear, in the end the TV was repaired, the air conditioner was still leaking. But our request for relocation was answered unequivocally: there are no such numbers... the most interesting thing is that the chat is open from 10 to 19 (but we had to wait more than a day for an answer), and at the reception of the complex they cannot help in any way, since the apartment belongs to a private person... 💆🏼♂️ They asked for cleaning for 2 days... What is the result: The air conditioner was leaking throughout the week, the TV was fixed after 2 days, the cleaning was done only after some requests. A meager set of dishes (2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 dull kitchen knife, a board, a frying pan and a saucepan, a falling spatula) Insane indifference of the employees of the “Grand city real estate” agency towards guests, dirty rooms, some stains on the walls, bed linen in pellets, dirty shower, burnt curtains, broken toilet seat (fixed after 2 days), only full cleaning was done once a week, including changing towels and taking out the trash. On a positive note, we were given a bottle of wine and a box of Rafaelo (since we are newlyweds) but after 4 days and reminders (I followed the principle, since upon check-in Mikhail himself said that we would receive a gift)!! I strongly do not recommend booking an Apartment through this agency!! Private individuals rent out the same apartments much cheaper (~120 GEL per day), but we paid 210 GEL per day. Or book through the complex itself
