The hotel is in a great location, next to the promenade and two minutes away from the Black Sea. It takes about ten minutes to walk to popular attractions. It is recommended that everyone book a club room. The view in the executive lounge is quite good, there are not many people, and the variety of happy hour wines is relatively rich. Also remember to bring a swimsuit to try the hotel’s Turkish bath, which is very relaxing. There was a little hiccup when checking in, but Ctrip quickly resolved it.

The room is okay. The air conditioner doesn't work well. It only provides hot air and cannot set up cold air.

Hotel Aisi worked well for me for two weeks. My room was clean, quiet, very spacious, and comfortable. Decent wifi. Nice balcony. The decor is tasteful, though somewhat dated. Newer hotels in Batumi tend to have bizarre decor with garish colors I can't stand, and less comfortable furniture. Their restaurant has a nice view with a balcony. Big breakfast buffet, always delicious. I had some nice dinners too. I found all their staff to be very friendly and helpful. Many speak English. I'm not a perpetual beachcomber, so it didn't matter that it is a short walk to the beach. Good central location handy to most of the city. It was a good base for my work and for enjoying Batumi. I have stayed at many hotels in Batumi. Believe me, you can pay a lot more, and get a lot less than at Hotel Aisi.

I have stayed at bestwest hotels in other countries, which are shortcuts, but this one in Batumi is a high-end series, more luxurious, very cost-effective, good location, adjacent to the Black Sea, has its own parking lot, and there are many fruits for breakfast, just opposite Courtyard Hotel.

Great place to stay. Very Cody room with a stunning city view. A bit hard to find so it’s worth calling the owner when you arrive. He is super nice and will come to pick you up. He was also super helpful, providing all kinds of information about the city

However, Batumi is only dimly lit at 8 o'clock in the morning. 3. There is a swimming pool, gym and SPA on the first floor My wife went to the gym for two days and I went for a massage. I looked at the massage packages. There were more than ten or twenty. I felt dizzy. The back massage cost half an hour and cost 465 yuan. The technique and effect were very good, but I was half-bald. Uncle... 4. Finally, let’s talk about the front desk service. The front desk efficiency of hotels in Georgia is very low, but this hotel is not only low, but also stupid. I told the girl about two rooms, she was ok, and then gave me a room card. He said everything is OK, but then he forgot to give me his passport. The whole process was like a primary school student, but the service attitude was always very good, with a smile on his face, and I was too embarrassed to complain...

I love my stay here and plus the view was amazing. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and will probably book for myself again. Moreover, i love the breakfast at the nearby restaurant. Everything was great location, room, view and food😊

We booked this apartment on the booking website a month before the trip, and they immediately indicated that we were planning a honeymoon. Before the trip, I indicated a week in advance that we would arrive at a certain time. When we arrived at the complex, the apartment was not yet ready, although I wrote in advance that we would arrive at 16:00... Manager Mikhail assured us that everything would be ready at 17:00. As a result, we only checked in at 17:30. They immediately turned on the air conditioner and saw that it was leaking, they reported this to the “operational” chat and personally to Mikhail. We were advised not to turn it on too low a temperature 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️, ok we turned it on to 25 - it still leaks.. the next day we went to room 603, to the agency itself that rented this apartment to us, they told us that the TV and The air conditioner will be repaired today, ok, we believe it. In fact, in the evening the situation did not change, I had to go to them again and swear, in the end the TV was repaired, the air conditioner was still leaking. But our request for relocation was answered unequivocally: there are no such numbers... the most interesting thing is that the chat is open from 10 to 19 (but we had to wait more than a day for an answer), and at the reception of the complex they cannot help in any way, since the apartment belongs to a private person... 💆🏼‍♂️ They asked for cleaning for 2 days... What is the result: The air conditioner was leaking throughout the week, the TV was fixed after 2 days, the cleaning was done only after some requests. A meager set of dishes (2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 dull kitchen knife, a board, a frying pan and a saucepan, a falling spatula) Insane indifference of the employees of the “Grand city real estate” agency towards guests, dirty rooms, some stains on the walls, bed linen in pellets, dirty shower, burnt curtains, broken toilet seat (fixed after 2 days), only full cleaning was done once a week, including changing towels and taking out the trash. On a positive note, we were given a bottle of wine and a box of Rafaelo (since we are newlyweds) but after 4 days and reminders (I followed the principle, since upon check-in Mikhail himself said that we would receive a gift)!! I strongly do not recommend booking an Apartment through this agency!! Private individuals rent out the same apartments much cheaper (~120 GEL per day), but we paid 210 GEL per day. Or book through the complex itself

This is a pleasant hotel; the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and come with balconies that provide views of the sea. The staff is kind and willing to assist. The prices are fantastic. Every one of the two rooms that we had was really comfy. The lobby offered a wide variety of activities that could be enjoyed by both children and adults.
