O Hotel precisa se organizar melhor, as 3 vezes ,( qdo fiz o cadastro, qdo cheguei para pegar o cartão e qdo fui devolver o cartão para ir embora) fui cobrada referente a diária.
Paguei qdo fiz a reserva no dia 14/11.....e fica super chato vc ficar falando que já foi pago. Passa para o hóspede a falta de organização

The Hotel needs to organize itself better, 3 times (when I registered, when I arrived to collect the card and when I returned the card to leave) I was charged for the daily rate.
I paid when I made the reservation on 14/11.....and it's super annoying when you keep saying that it has already been paid. The lack of organization is passed on to the guest

The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The only situations were very noisy in the room next to people using the hotel for other purposes and to remove the car from the garage was always very long despite the driver being available .

Breakfast is average, the service is quite good, the front desk can't exchange local currency, and people are arranged to help with the exchange of coins. The overall feeling is OK, that is, the room design and the bed can be slightly improved, it is better.

The hotel is wonderful, a great service for staff, the rooms are wonderful, very comfortable and very well-trained breakfast was wonderful. I recommend to who visit Bauru to stay in that hotel.
