We have been regulars at this hotel for a long time, but the quality only gets worse. We stayed for a week and our room was not cleaned in two days. The worst affront was the cleaning manager confronting us saying that we were wrong when we were sure of what we had done. Returning we went to Garden Blue where we were much better served, for the same price with better accommodation. There is already an air of decadence and lack of management in this property!

Bad experience - I spent two nights. Below I list the points: - Comfort is close to avenues/highways and the hotel does not have acoustics against street noise! The windows are old. There is a lot of noise from the avenues/highways inside the room - noise from motorbikes, cars, trucks, etc. (I informed the Hotel and they did not have another room to allocate me) - The fire sensor light is white and flashes very brightly (at night with the light off it makes sleeping very uncomfortable! I informed the Hotel and they put an insulating tape to solve it the problem) These are frequent complaints from guests to hotel staff, according to an employee who works at reception. - The pillows are hard and very uncomfortable - The blanket smelled like it was used (I got the impression that it shouldn't be changed regularly.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. What sets this hotel apart is the first-class service provided by the entire team, especially the reception and management staff! Room with comfortable bed and exceptional shower! Very good breakfast too. Creative minibar system and also offer free parking.

Easily accessible, it is in a region with some restaurant options. The room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable. It had a good table and comfortable chair to work. The service from the staff was efficient and courteous. Good breakfast, nothing special. The parking lot is small, but we had no problems the day we went. The sound insulation of the room is not good, the windows need to be replaced with better quality ones. The blinking of the smoke detector LED is really annoying.

We are loyal customers (or we were) of this hotel, however in this last 4-day stay the quality, service and disregard for us was surprising, as reported below: - we booked the hotel in advance for superior rooms and with a floor already agreed upon (we called the hotel directly) hotel).When we arrived, they wanted to put us on another floor, claiming that the floor was full (the housekeeping staff reported that some were empty during our stay).Finally, we were given an extremely noisy room -615, without the category typology.No one in the room customer service asked for a room change! -I checked on the accommodation sites that the amount charged was R$ 50.00 higher than what they had given me as a "long-time customer". I thought it was absurd because I booked directly and at least the amount should be equivalent (same type of suite). No check in made for the value of the sites, after protests. -On the third day of accommodation we left the towels wet for changing and cleaning the room! I ask was it clean? I answer NO. -Terrible internet going down all the time, keys only valid for one day, lame excuses from reception... It's a hotel that has everything it takes to provide good service, but with the current management I don't think there will be any changes.

We loved the hotel, the room, the breakfast and the service at the reception was 10, it caught our attention how helpful and friendly the receptionists were, in particular we would like to congratulate Isabela for her service, very helpful, attentive and friendly. The hotel is to be congratulated!!

Os atendentes da recepção prestam um atendimento extremamente decepcionante aos hóspedes. São pouco solícitos, demonstram falta de interesse em ajudar e tratam com indiferença. Embora o hotel tenha uma estrutura boa, o atendimento na recepção deixa muito a desejar e compromete a experiência. Além disso, o hotel oferece vaga no estacionamento, mas a quantidade é insuficiente, deixando os hóspedes sujeitos a estacionar seus carros na rua.

Hotel aconchegante, atendimento nota mil. Todos os funcionários do hotel sem exceção são atenciosos e educados, nota mil. Recomendo a todos hospedar no Comfort Hotel Bauru............. ..........................................

Sem dúvidas o MELHOR hotel de Bauru! Hotel EXTREMAMENTE LIMPO! Atendimento impecável, equipe simpática, atenciosa e muito prestativa! Café da manhã completo, com itens frescos, pão de batata caseiro delicioso! Jantei no hotel e me surpreendi! Comida feita na hora, saborosa! Simples mas muuuuito gostosa! Área da piscina muito agradável! Voltarei e super indico!
