So tive problema no check out, pois tive dificuldades na emissão da NF, tirando isso a estadia foi tranquila, ja conhecia o hotel me hospedei diversas vezes antes da rede Accor assumir a Adm. Particularmente acho que a qualidade no atendimento caiu.

Foi uma experiencia agradável. Cheguei de uma cansativa viagem e não tinha muito tempo. Fui muito recebido rapidamente pela recepcionista Kika que me ajudou bastante em relação ao tempo que eu dispunha além da simpatia. Café da amanhã legal.

Decepcionada com o hotel
Sempre me hospedei em hotéis ibis e nunca tive problema nenhum... A estadia foi boa, mas não tinha toalha de rosto (não sei se é algum protocolo novo), não tinha shampoo no vidro do banheiro específico para (Tive que usar sabonete no cabelo) e o quarto não estava tão limpo.
Escolhemos o ibis por ser padrão, mas esse não estava tanto assim nos padrões dos outros.

O melhor café da manhã
O café da manhã está excelente e o ambiente do restaurante é ótimo. A localização do hotel na cidade é muito boa, tem uma pracinha linda perto pra passear com o pet. Funcionários sempre atenciosos. Pecou um pouco na limpeza do chão, havia cabelo mas só percebemos ao alimentar o pet.
