Cana Brava Residences-Panoramic Condo

Construction occurring on all sides and our unit still had some construction dust and debris. Very quiet when workers left and the staff is extremely nice and helpful

The first pic show the beach across the property and it is not true. I did not get checkin instructions until the day of the checkin. Any beach I wanted to use had a 35 per person cost which I did know until that day, otherwise I would have canceled the stay in this place. There was no good food nearby. The place is nice but I will not stay here if you have teenagers and need some enjoyment.

However, no review of Cana Brava Residences would be complete without mentioning Elsa, the heart and soul behind our extraordinary experience. Her ability to accommodate me and my guest at a moment’s notice, even with unexpected flight delays, was nothing short of remarkable. Cost is always a consideration when planning a vacation, and I was genuinely surprised at the value offered by Cana Brava Residences. Compared to friends who stayed at the more traditional options like the Rock Hotel and the Bavaro Princess Hotel, our experience was superior in every way – from the ambiance to the personal touches that made our stay unique. I really like everything I see I’m coming back

The apartment we stayed in was, new, modern, clean and very well furnished. I can not say enough about the staff. We were the first occupants to stay in our apartment so there were a few minor issues with things not working properly as with any brand new property. When we notified the staff of any issues they came immediately to remedy the problem. This property is brand new and the surrounding area is currently being developed but we didn’t really hear any construction currently going on. I would highly reccomend this property to anyone looking for a more private and friendly alternative to the all inclusive experience.

The host Of the property is extremely helpful and nice and will definitely take care of you. While you are staying there!!!!

Place is beautiful and staff is super welcoming. Ask for Iroska, the property manager, to take of you and you won’t regret. Italian Chef from Napoli makes it even better!! Thank you, guys. You’ve been amazing.

the place was perfect for us, very clean

Great customer service and safety. Walking distance to beach. I was told we can get all day pass for $35 at Hard Rock per person but it was lot more than $35. Map app was misleading and needs update because it’s a brand new property.
