What made this hotel amazing. Was the young lady who runs it. Her name is Amanda. I saw her handle a guest with absolute integrity, even though the guest was totally in the wrong and was a total ****. 2 times this **** came and screamed at Amanda, and not once did Amanda raise her voice. Amanda went out of her way to help this lady, but she just couldn't be satisfied. Superb customer service! I really hope the owner sees this review because you got a gem. When I checked into my room, I realized I had only booked a room with one bed. Amanda took good care of me and gave me an upgrade and didn't even charge me. Even though she probably should have, because it was my fault. I never saw a hotel, so clean in my life. It's located on the harbor, so you are right on the water. Parking is $38 a day plus $40 resort fee.... But it pales in comparison to what you get. Please be aware that this is a Jewish run hotel, so they pretty much go by jewish rules. Men and women are to use pool facilities separate, except on a Friday night and saturday all day. The meal spread was none like I had ever seen. Everything is kosher, as far as the food goes. 2 people per room are allowed to eat free and anyone after that gets charged $24. Totally worth it, however. Again, this place was immaculate, and the food was on point! Frresh, and made to order. Bagels, several types of cream cheese, lox, all types of breads, crackers, salad, fruits, vegetables. You name i. Itt was a feast! No pork products served. (Jews don't eat pork, so...) Waffles are made to order as well as omelts and scrambled eggs. I will certainly stay there again. If you go, ask for Amanda. She will take good care of you! Harry, the belman was a hoot! Danielle, who also ran the front desk, was an absolute sweetheart.!
