Hotel location is good walk few minutes to queens bay shopping mall. Hotel check in staff is friendly. Room is liter bit tiny hygienic is acceptable.

Overall, the room is clean and well arranged. If you are looking for a good sleep during night time. This hotel might not be an alternative for you. The soundproof is poor. You can hear what's conversation the next room has.

The location of the hotel is strategic. Near to Queensbay Mall and easily accesed from the Penang bridge.

No frills economy budget hotel. Convenient location near Queensbay mall. Slow check in the room.

Pros:
Good and friendly customer service
Overall the place was clean enough
But what can u expect when its not a top hotel
Cons
They didnt refill the tissue in the toilet
U will have lots of small friends ( a lot of small cockroaches)
Near the head bed i believe where the nest is
Under the bed is bed is very dirty. I went down to check
My room neighbour make so much noice (slam the door) . It was 2:30 in the morning

The location is good just opposite a shopping mall, but the room is just too small

No window room , a bit smelly due to poor ventilation and properly building is old. Basin base is wood and rotted. But location very convenient, Queenway mall is just opposite. If you just need a place for sleeping, recommend. No lift.
