Suitable for budget business trip or solo trip. Prefer can provide hair dryer is more convenient. Very near to my Penang company.

The receptionist said this was a budget hotel. Buat I paid around 120 for a room. In other places, the same price will get at least a 3 star hotel. So many rules. Cannot even eat in the room. Must eat in the small lobby area. Small table with sofa. The room downstairs that I got was soooo smelly. Septic tank was hide under door mat and it was located under the bed. Very unpleasant! Worse budget hotel I've got. Unreasonable price for so called budget hotel.

Fleas or bug bite

Good to stay. Affordable with the price. And convenient to many stores / nearby restaurants.

Okey for short term stay. Location quit strategic for me bcs near to a place I want to visit. Parking rm2/hrs

Not bad

Just passable. It is quite pricey for the room's condition. Near to Setia Spice Convention Centre, surrounding restaurants are not muslim friendly. Parking is very expansive. Parked for few minutes only, but had to pay RM4. There is only 1 water filter at the lobby, and had to come down from my room just to get hot/cold water. Room was smelly, towels were dirty( got stains on them) and some are torn. The aircond has smokey smell.

Clean and convenient, good location. Easy to find good food there. Worth to stay again. Good service.

Bedsheet very dirty. Reception given my room to others and when I checked in only realised was his fault. Front desk not always there. Room small and not really clean.this hotel not worth this price.better look for others. My stay was more than RM 130 ++ for one night.won’t come again anymore

The Service of front desk is fast. Facility is clean and well maintained. No food provided in the hotel but very convenient to get the food surrounding the hotel.

Overall for accommodation are good! However, receptionist are not friendly. When kids is around unable to get sleep.

Location is near by olive tree hotel and spice arena , walking distance ard 3 mins can reached spice arena . And near by hotel got different food can choose .

Location is good for travel to airport

Location was so so . Very basic hotel without anything almost . Service was absolutely so so . In future will think to stay twice before I decide
