新疆旅遊返程路過，凌晨4點多入住，凌晨四點門口居然有人接幫忙拿行李非常暖心。開了兩個房間，一個正常入住，另一個房間長者領孩子進被窩居然有之前入住人用的紙巾和食品碎渣！叫長者心裏很是不舒服。凌晨4點多需要長者8樓1樓來回跑換房間！房間裏的毛巾也很臟！難道客人走了不是及時換床單嗎？發生這個事兒不應該前台給換一下房間還需要長者孩子來回跑嗎？貼身的東西居然還這麼臟？加盟的嗎？退房時前台一直想辦法彌補道歉，跟前台沒有關係，我們也不會為難前台，衹希望前台給轉達一下！

遊玩路過此地，看到網上評分很高所以選擇入住這家酒店。酒店處於市中心，出行比較方便。酒店的服務員態度非常熱情，一下車就有小夥子幫忙拿行李，辦理入住的前台小姐姐也很親切，向我們介紹周邊美食和遊玩的地方。酒店還提供了下午茶和早餐，餐廳非常的高大尚，很有格調。特別要説一下酒店的早餐，很豐盛，有燒麥、羊雜湯、餛燉、麪還有各種涼菜和熱菜、水果之類的，種類豐富。真心覺得這是一家很不錯的酒店，下次還會選擇這裏！
