I recently stayed at the Aspen Karratha Village, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. I have never encountered such a filthy and poorly maintained hotel in my life. In the room 370 ,first and foremost, the bathroom was extremely dirty. The shower cabin was so grimy that the glass looked opaque. The tiles were covered in dirt, and there were visible stains on the bathroom door, which appeared to be blood from some insect. The floor clearly hadn't been washed in a long time, making the entire bathroom experience unpleasant and unhygienic. To make matters worse, there were no coffee facilities available in the room, and the hotel did not provide any potable water. This was highly inconvenient and not what I expected from a place claiming to offer comfortable accommodations. The swimming pool was another disaster. It was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages, making it unusable. This was particularly disappointing as I was looking forward to relaxing by the pool during my stay. The only redeeming quality of the Aspen Karratha Village was the friendly staff. They were courteous and tried their best to assist, but their efforts couldn't make up for the appalling state of the hotel's facilities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of cleanliness and basic amenities made my stay incredibly uncomfortable. Avoid Aspen Karratha Village if you value your health and well-being.
