Hello . We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The location is wonderful. With a sea view. Very close to the city center. The price of the hotel is very affordable compared to many hotels. Therefore, knowing this, I think we need to know that expectation has something to do with price. Since we had the opportunity to stay in a summer house, my expectations were not high. If you say you only go on holiday once a year, it may disappoint you. The smiling face of the staff was amazing. The rooms were clean. The only thing missing is activity. There is no animation. There are no water slides. It's nice for 2-3 days, but then you start to get bored. We said let's go to relax and we achieved our goal. If you want to relax, don't miss it. But if you say no, you want to have fun like crazy, it won't suit you.

I loved the hotel! It is a bit far (20 min walk) from the centre of the town but I didn't it. I was working remotely and could sit by the pool all day and work undisturbed. The food options were great and the staff is very hospitable and welcoming. Loved my stay! Highly recommend.

İki yetişkin 1 bebek olarak gittik odaya giriş yaptığımızda her yer deterjan kokuyordu ***et yeterliydi ve bebeğime park beşik vermişlerdi fiyat performans açısından çok iyidi yeterliydi yemekleri çok iyiyiydi biz memnun kaldık sadece 12 de odayı boşaltmamız gerekiyordu ben 11.39 da boşalttım ama ben toparlanır iken eşim bebeĝimizi şenzogta uyutmuş ve kucağıma alamazdim 2 yaş ve çok iperaktif ve uykusu bozulursada yolda çok huzursuzluk yapardı ki öylede oldu ama resepsiyondaki genç hanım bizim artık hotelden çıkış yapmamızı ve geçiktiğimizi söyledi eşimde bebeğimizin uyuduğunu odayı boşaltım bahçede olduğumuzu söylediği halde bizi resepsiyona çağırıp orda bekletmesi rezalletti bunun dışında yemeklerden odadan hotelden memnun kaldık

City hill otel berbat
Otele girince karşilanmadik, odamıza bile kendimiz çıktık. Otelden çıkmak isteyince çıkamayacağımizi söylediler. ********** aradık yabancı bı kadın açtı iletişim kuramadik. Restoranda yemek çeşitleri çok fazlaydı ama hiç biri lezzetli değildi. Orda çalışan bı kız yemeklerin hijyenik bir ortamda yapılmadığını söyledi, geçenlerde çalışma arkadaşlarinin yemeklerden zehirlendiğini söyledi. Odanın temizliği çok kötüydü komidinler silinmemisti yatağın altı tozdu. Balkon kapısını açınca altındaki tozlar uçuyordu. Minibar çalışmıyordu kokuyordu. Odaya su bile konulmamisti. Başlı başına rezalet bir tatildi.

Our stay at City's Hill was pleasant. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Especially, dining room manager was earliest one there in the morning and stayed late to ensure that the customers were met their needs at the facility. We also liked the animation team at the resort. Especially, Anna was very friendly and helpful at all times.

Hotel war die reinste Enttäuschung, der kaffee hat bitter geschmeckt ,teller waren alle mit schmierigem belag bedeckt ,es gab für all in keine wasser flaschen ,die musste man selber bezahlen. Pool war überfüllt gab nie liegen über ,wenn man später runter gegangen ist gab es liegen aber Handtüchergab es nur bis 17 uhr. Zimmer rochen muffig und die Türen waren auch nicht die besten ,bei uns ging der Türknauf vom bad immer ab. Duschbrause hatte richtig druck und blieb nicht an der Wand. Mit etwas liebe und sauberkeit könnte man noch etwas dran machen. Aber für uns war es die reinste Enttäuschung und nicht ein STERN wert.Der Service war aber tadellos .

Arrived after 1am and the beautiful Tannur was on reception, she asked did I need anything, so kind and friendly Had 2 of best massages I’ve ever had with tall handsome Asian man (can’t spell his name but he is BRILLIANT) Hotel is spotless and the hardworking cleaning team were so good especially the lovely smiling Leyla ❤️❤️ Next my all time favorite restaurant manager Hakan omg he was just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble a real gentleman This hotel is not a 5* hotel but I found it one of best in kusadasi (I’ve been over 20 times) I honestly can’t understand anyone giving less than 💯 Don’t read any other review this is best value for money ever Take my word and go any enjoy The city center is 1km away a lovely walk down hill (taxi back 🛍️ 5 or 6 euro) I will definitely return Thank you again for a wonderful holiday

Wij verblijven momenteel hier, maar het is niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Eerste dag de kamer zelf gepoetst met dettoldoekjes, omdat het smerig was. Douchekop is kapot. Qua eten weinig variatie en keuze (wij eten iedere dag in het centrum). Er liggen een soort lakens op het bed die te smal zijn voor een 2 persoonsbed. Gevraagd voor een extra deken, toen kregen we wel en dikkere deken. Bij het restaurant moet je je bestek bij elkaar zoeken en er is geen animatie, wel muziek bij het zwembad. De gamehal en gym zijn nergens te bekennen. Positief is het uitzicht, het zwembad is schoon, voldoende ligbedjes (al worden er wel handdoekjes gelegd) en met mensen die zich misdragen word korte metten gemaakt (de buurvrouw die van zatheid de gang ondergespuugd had ( dit lag er overigens s morgens nog steeds) en die voor onze deur lag te schreeuwen, konden vertrekken. Ze hebben de volgende dag wel de gang goed gereinigd. Prima voor een weekje, maar echt niet langer!

Ich fang mal mit dem besten an. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist echt schön. Zudem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und die Auswahl des Essens ist zwar relativ klein, jedoch schmeckt es gut. Die negativen Aspekte wären zum einen die Hygiene. In unserem Zimmer befanden sich Löcher und die Handtücher des Zimmers hatten flecken. Außerdem ist uns aufgefallen dass unser Tisch nicht einmal gewischt worden war und man hat nicht einmal Wasser zugestellt bekommen. Das Internet war obwohl wir nur wenige Personen im Hotel waren, sehr schlecht. Generell kann man sagen, dass das Hotel nicht gut für ein angebliches 4 Sterne Hotel ist. Anhang meiner Erfahrungen lässt sich sagen, dass das Hotel super wäre, wenn es ein 3 Sterne Hotel wäre und somit auch nicht so viel kosten würde.
