I bought that room cheaper than all other local providers. This is the second time that I lived in trip.com. millions thanks to trip.com. and about hotel.. with services, possibilities, animations, sea (blue flag), Aquapark, foods, drinks, cleaning... (that are all I remembered) are incredibly awesome.. and second thank to hotel labranda ephesus princess..

Honestly the best. Beautiful pools and the animation team are just amazing!

My child and I caught an infection. We had to leave early. The location is very large and spacious. The landscaping is very good. There is a rink inside the hotel with a tractor that takes you to the sea and pool. You don't have to walk.

We went once, that was enough, we won't go again. The food is visually awful due to being all-inclusive. There are spilled greasy things on the floor. Someone who is a little fussy can't eat

Was ok, food wasn't the best.

We booked this hotel through Jet2 last month, and it was horrendous. This was my first time to Turkey and my partners first time of “all-inclusive”, safe to say he will be sticking to self catering. We arrived at the hotel early hours in the morning and was given a downstairs basement hotel room despite us paying extra for a bungalow with a garden view. The second we stepped into that room, we wanted to go home. The room was disgusting, the floor was filthy and covered in hair, the furniture broken, the ceiling had leak marks on it and there were burn marks in the bed and flooring. The bathroom was something else, the grout of the shower floor was covered in red mould. And to top it off, we were woken at 06:30 by lucky lucky men setting up gazebos and shouting to each other outside our room! We spent the first 2 days of our holiday going back and forth with reception to get the room we paid for. We were told that the hotel room was an “upgrade” and that housekeeping would complete a deep clean, which did not happen. We eventually moved into our bungalow which wasn’t much better on the cleanliness front, glass and hair on the floor and the bathroom was even worse than the first (see photo below). Again we were assured that we would receive a deep clean, which happened 2 day before we left the hotel. The food was appalling and did not even meet basic food hygiene standards with raw chicken and mouldy chicken nuggets (see photos below). The food was left in metal containers and was never warm, which I think is why we suffered with dodgey tummy’s at the start of the holiday. Me and my partner made the most of it and actually had a half decent holiday when we weren’t at the hotel and was spending even more money in the local town Kusadasi for food and drink, which we shouldn’t have to do when we booked a 5 star all inclusive hotel. We also met other hotel guests who were having the same problems as us and learnt that the German parent group FTI who owns the Labranda group has recently gone bankrupt. As Jet2 advertises, they give customers “regular updates.” We were not informed of this and had we have known, we would have booked elsewhere and actually got our moneys worth. The Jet2 rep Burak tried his best though, so big thank you to him. It’s just the hotel staff wasn’t cooperating with him at all. We would not recommend this hotel at all, save your money and book an actual decent hotel.

Had a great time here with my son, views are amazing as are pool and beach area where you can just chill or enjoy the water sports that are available, room was very comfortable as we stayed at the bungalows they are a lot of steps to and from the beach but if you like to keep fit just treat it like a wee workout or you can wait on the wee shuttle they have, staff were brilliant no issues with language barrier ( English ) Ifran from the entertainment team was a great guy always up for a chat when he seen you, as the others, 7 nights we stayed and never had any problems, only things with this hotel is some parts are a bit dated and need work done but I guess all hotels and resorts do. So if you aren’t fussy regarding some maintenance work I would recommend the resort for a holiday, also weather was amazing ☀️

Family Holiday Visited at the end of August with my husband, 2 children (22&18), plus my niece, husband, 2 nephews (10&3)& 1 niece (7). Stayed in the bungalows which were ok. Possibly need a bit of tlc but adequate for sleeping in, beautiful views across the bay! Beautiful setting. Not suitable fir people who struggle to walk as there are lots of steps. Food ok but unless you were there when the restaurant opened lots of food was gone and not replaced with the same. Omletes freshly made every morning which were very nice. I've cream available at the evening buffet only, chocolate available for the first couple of days then just vanilla afterwards. Drinks ok, nothing special. Depended who you spoke to with regards to if they had specific drinks. Water park good but limited sunbeds. Bottles if water readily available, in rooms also. Location perfect, around 20 minutes from the hotel on the number 1 bus, very convenient. Tractor available for taking you up and down to the beach. Would recommend highly the jeep safari, booked through Jet 2. Highly recommend Murphys Bar in Kuşadasi, taxi pick up / return. Great food.

Do not book this hotel! Jet2 failed to tell us this hotel is in administration! This was very clear by the terrible experience we had. Our room was a bungalow, which was tired. Mold in the shower, trunking hanging off the ceiling, Flooring damaged. They don't wash your tea cups, don't re stock water or basic supplies. No where close to 5* more like a 3* The food is shocking. If you don't eat early in their time window, everything will be gone as they simply don't replenish anything. The choice is limited and not hot. Breakfast is the most bizarre I have ever experienced. I eat bread and cheese all week, it really is terrible. They run out of gin for 3 days as the waitor informed us their account was on hold. He looked embarrassed and confirmed he was likely to lose his job soon. Stray cats opening their bowels in reception! We took photos to share with Jet2. We were woken one night by screaming as stray dogs were chasing people through the grounds. Staff looked fed up and it shows in their attitude. I watched the pizza chef shout at another holiday maker about pizza. We both had Diarrhoea and vomiting and still feel unwell. This is without doubt the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I strongly recommend you avoid.

Went with teenage kids/family (party of 7) in Aug arrived late & were welcomed by friendly staff. Bungalow room was great with amazing sea view, spotless & always clean/fresh towels/water daily. Although was up the hill, was only 10 steps down the path towards main reception so we were lucky. The only downside to the room was the kids bedroom upstairs had no aircon & was uncomfortably hot. It also had a lack of storage space up there & no sockets for teenagers was painful! As our 4th visit to Turkey this was the least favourite for food/drink as they ran out of several drinks in the bars at various times. They also had no cheese at the winehouse. The cocktail menu at the pool bar was non existent. Breakfast often had cold scrambled egg which was a shame but the omelettes were amazing. The beach bar for lunch was a winner & we used the tractor to go up & down there. The a la carte restaurants made the evening meal times more varied & we enjoyed all of them but felt rushed in the Turkish restaurant & struggled to get served a drink with our meal. Overall the staff were amazing, friendly & worked hard especially Irfan. Didn’t queue too much for drinks either at pool bar, however there was a lack of seating there in the evening as people were sitting on sunbeds at night. We were lucky to get sunbeds from 7.30am as some were going down earlier. The only downside to the pool area was lack of cleanliness on the floors, always looked dirty & spilt drinks were not cleaned up from the day before. Overall a fun holiday but just a few tweaks could have made this so much better.

Beautiful setting, however there are a lot of steps and I mean a lot if you are staying in the bungalows. Bungalow Was lovely, very spacious and clean. Balcony needed updating, paint work old. Fabulous view from balcony. Bungalow air con was excellent Hotel rooms also view nice had a late check out which was a dublex. Wi-Fi is excellent connection at every point of the grounds. Lot of non English who reserve sunbeds, you do have to be up before breakfast to reserve one, you just got to join in and nab a bed and mattress Pool great Food and drink isn’t that nice and I love Turkish food. Drinks also not that great either.

I came with my family on July 1st and the first thing i saw was the amazing view of the sea and mountains and later i came to the pool then swam with my family the whole day and it was marvellous! The food is amazing and the fruits are top notch . The entertainment is good and the animation team are really lovely and welcoming .

Hotel was clean but in need of some refurb especially in the dining area. The hotel boasts amazing views of the beach but be warned there are over 100+ steps to trekk down and up to enjoy the sandy private beach. This trekk was not great in blistering sunshine. Shuttle bus is available but be prepared to wait! Food was awful. Unless you like only local food! Booked private dining at the hotel, 2 days in advance to then find a hair in the starter! Yes we sent the dish back but this put us off our meal. Overall not the greatest hotel on the area but has potential!
